It was a shame the pool was under maintenance- however this was made aware to us well before the stay and were offered use of the spa in place. An error occurred where a scam had received our information and contacted myself and 2 other bookings fraudulently mimicking the hotel with an unsecured link.

The place is outstanding the only negative was that the infinity pool was closed for maintenance but other than that the place is outstanding

Comfortable bed, room was nice, good location
No infinity pool access available and was misleading upon booking, no terrace access due to private functions and only aware upon arrival. Had to find alternative places in the city.

Room was ok but small for £300+ per night
The pool was closed for refurb without being advertised on the booking.com app — would have booked elsewhere had I known this was the case. I told the restaurant area I had celiac / was gluten free. They accidentally served me something with gluten, realising and then recalling the dish partway through me eating it. I was really sick later that night and the next day. The hotel made us check out at 11am the next day, charging us extra for a late checkout at 12pm. No leniency given the celiac issue.
