Beautiful property. Extremely clean. Bed was huge and so comfortable. Bathroom was stunning. Great location.
Nothing about the property itself. Other than I’m still waiting for my £100 deposit back after 5 working days. I still haven’t received it. Which I find ridiculous

The hotel was nice but you pay for the spa and rooftop pool but it was closed and we wasn’t informed. That was the whole reason why we booked it because it was meant to be special for a anniversary

Average breakfast for £20 pp,no toast Booked spa for 11.00am to be told they'd forgot to book it and offered a 13.00 slot, not acceptable and for £200 per night i would expect a lot better to be honest,a special anniversary was not enjoyable

Booked this hotel specifically for the infinity pool, only to be told after booking that it was closed. This was not clearly disclosed beforehand, and I would have booked elsewhere had I known. Very disappointing experience.
