Very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice breakfast with plenty of choice. Helpful courteous staff. Good parking nearby in Q-Park (discount code from the hotel, and if you pre book you can come and go as many times as you like during the duration of the car park booking).

Room had a window you could open and not have to pay a huge amount extra for. Staff were amazing the 3 days we were there.
The bar downstairs didn’t have ginger ale to mix with a whiskey only ginger beer so that was the only negative thing I’d have to say. Staff at the bar were excellent and very friendly.

Comfortable room overall, and good breakfast.
The room and breakfast area were slightly outdated and the breakfast seats were quite stained. We added a "do not disturb" sign on the door of the room, but the room was still entered by cleaning staff while we stepped out.

Really good location and could not hear much outside noise. Check in and check out was really easy.
The noise inside the hotel as you could hear neighbours from their rooms, doors slamming and talking. The rooms needed some tlc. Wall paper at the top of the wall coming away from the wall, water stains on other walls and the bathroom was really water damaged. Shower rail not attached to wall properly. Photos attached of issues with bathroom. Not much light in the bathroom.

The room was spacious, clean with everything you could need. The location was excellent, 10 min walk to the shops and restaurants, parking was so easy at Q-Park 1st Street!
