We use the hotel chain both in Liverpool and Manchester we find it is always a great location for the arenas and theatres comfortable beds friendly staff and a really good breakfast to start the day

The hotel is in a perfect location close to the Bridgewater Hall. The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a lovely large TV, and tea and coffee making facilities were good. A nice easy chair was provided as well, so you didn’t have to sit on the bed all the time. The window could be opened for fresh air as well. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful.
Perhaps tables could be cleared a little quicker at breakfast, as people were struggling a bit to find clean tables during busy times. But the breakfast itself was good.

The welcome was lovely, checkin in was also easy. The location was fantastic and so was the servie. The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were lovely and kind and helpful through out.
It would have been mice to have parking included into the booking to make our stay smoother and also late checkout instead of being charged for late check out, early check in would have also been nice.

they even left a treat and card for my birthday
