The location is good, lobby was nice and staff we friendly
The room felt unclean as there were hairs in the shower and weird marks on the door frames. The bed and pillows was also extremely uncomfy.

Beautiful clean inviting foyer with the most amazing smell. Rooms were absolutely spotless, modern and all essentials for our stay. Food was amazing and fresh made. Great location. Deffo going to book again.
On arrival the receptionist was a bit frosty, however she was very efficient at her job. Receptionist when leaving was a different one and seemed more friendly and warm.

Very Poor
Had a request for shower in bathroom which was approved prior to our stay, only to arrive to say there wasn’t one available, after a wait we got a room but there was a significant step up in to the shower which one of our party could not manage. Smell of stale urine in the bathroom, maids came to clean room but did not tuck in sheets on bed, not sure what else they did apart from leave clean towels, also took key card out of electricity box and removed it from the room and opened window, which meant when we returned that evening the room was freezing. Only one bar staff service very slow and ran out of some drinks.

The main window in our room was jammed and didn't close properly so our room was very cold. Also the air conditioning where you could add heat was not working
