Excellent location in Deansgate, close to rail station and walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants and attractions e.g. cathedral quarter. Spacious room and very comfy beds. Room serviced daily. Bath and shower in a good size bathroom. Lots of tea and coffee and milk provided. Didn't eat in hotel, but drinks in the bar very nice. Overall very clean and staff welcoming. Would stay again. A couple of tips, fab Sunday roast in the Fountain, great cosy vibe in the Molly House, very curious and cool bar The Temple just at the end of the same road the hotel is in....you have to visit. Also, Luminescence at Manchester Cathedral is mind blowing.
Nothing really, except the iron was missing from the room and we asked for it twice and got it next day! Bit late. Also, when I booked they asked if I was celebrating a special occasion and I replied yes, as we were. They said they would personalise our stay to make it special but there was nothing extra provided , not even a message. Why ask if there is no intention behind it?

Good sized room. All clean and everything you needed. When you entered the Hotel smelt wonderful!
The toilet didn't flush properly, we forgot to mention this to Reception when we checked out. Room 614.
