A great location for visitors who want a city centre location close to all the various attractions in Manchester. It was also close to the Metro which is very convenient for any visitors not wanting a 10/15 stroll to the city centre. The location was quiet considering its city centre location which was good for sleeping. A couple of pubs were close by too. The breakfast was buffet style and plentiful, the full english was very nice though slightly cool which is not unusual when a buffet style is provided. All staff were polite, professionally friendly and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a good budget hotel which is a level above the basic Travel Lodge/ Premier Inn. ** Note there are a couple of Leonardo Hotels in Manchester, this review is for LEONARDO CENTRAL **

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was not noisy so got a good night sleep
When I came to have a shower, there was no shower gel in the dispenser . The aircon unit wasn't working properly so the room was too warm in the morning when getting ready

The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a good location, and pretty quiet
The only downside to the stay was that, having paid for an executive room, it was right next to the lifts. This made the room quite noisy in the evening (about 9-10). The executive rooms should be as far from the lifts as possible. When I walked in, I was asked if I was here for a day stay or a night stay, which felt like a strange question. I've never been asked that before.
