Location was really good, nicest staff they were lovely and so helpful, very clean and spacious
The only downside for me personally was that the lights in the corridor was bright so the room had a bit of light in it at night time

Location was good, handy for us getting to and from while being in Manchester for the Man Utd match.
Front of house staff abrupt and rude while checking in and checking out. Older lady when checking out today couldn’t have cared any less when I told her me and my son were freezing all night as the aircon was running all night and the panel on the wall wasn’t working. Hairdryer in the room didn’t work either, wish I had of knew that before showering.

Unfortunately the bathroom tiles were dirty and I put my torch light on and was drips of i do not know what down the walls by the bed (could only be seen under torch light)

We were in room 1 and the noise from the foyer and people coming through the main door was loud and kept us up The kettle in the room didn't work There was no parking available

The location was great.
The hotel is supposedly 4* - the room was big but basic and could have done with a refresh. The bathroom was in dire need of renovation- the sink was all broken and the tap leaked all night which led us to not really getting any sleep. I would rate this hotel 2 stars- it definitely wasn’t up to a 4 star standard. Very disappointing for the price I paid and a little embarrassing as it was meant to be a nice night away for my husbands birthday.
