Nothing. The staff attitude was unacceptable. I believe his name was Andy, from reception desk - his customer service standards were shockingly low. The way he spoke to us and his overall conduct were completely inappropriate. I have worked in hospitality for 15 years, and I have never encountered such behavior in a supposedly 4-star hotel.
