The room was exceptionally cozy shower was very good bed , tv, view from the room ,drinks in the fridge everything was perfect for me and my girlfriends stay
The only thing I was a little bit annoyed about was the sauna and steam room not working but it’s not a problem I got to use the gym which was a great experience and great equipment a few dumbbells missing but other than that all good

We’ve stayed here before and loved it. The location is great. Dean’s gate train station a short walk or across the road is the Tram interchange. There’s a mini supermarket next to this hotel. A traditional English pub across the road.

Spacious, comfortable room with pleasant city views. Dog friendly (albeit at significant extra cost). Unusually good hotel gym. The associated car park is usefully close and decent value, with good electric charging.
Rather indifferent breakfast, that didn't justify the extra cost. Manchester has so many new, good value hotels now that this is just a little ordinary in comparison.

The location, the friendly staff, the spacious room
The sofa bed my daughter had to sleep on was not fit for purpose, it bent in the middle so she was sleeping on a curved surface and horrible bumpy and spiky, we only stayed two nights and I only realized late on the 2nd night when I got into bed with her to give her a hug as she was anxious about all the noise as there were some super noises guests on our floor that night. Also the shower door didn’t close so we ended up with the rest of the bathroom area flooded each time any of us had a shower. Finally we got stuck in the lift. Over all I would say the building needed some money spent on it.

Great location, restaurant was fab. Bed was really comfortable, very modern hotel.
Our room smelt of sewage, it was disgusting. The staff were very helpful and we got moved to another room.
Didn't like the layout of the bathroom. It's ok if you're in a couple, but for 2 friends sharing, there's no bathroom privacy. Also, to be able to go to the toilet in the night, the light comes on in the bathroom area - waking up the other individual. Also, the milk sachets are really difficult to get into. A small glass of fresh milk in the mini fridge would be preferable. And, where were the biscuits?
