The room was a good size & despite having an integrated bathroom, it worked really well. The location was close to tram lines, as well as lots of options for food & activities. Hotel staff were polite & check in was quick despite the queue.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bedding was disappointing. The fitted sheet had visible makeup stains, and there were multiple blood stains on the duvet, which we noticed when stripping the bed before checkout. This raised concerns about the laundering standards.
The pillows were extremely flat, with no alternative or firmer options available in the room, which affected comfort. The TV casting feature also did not work despite attempts from a laptop, iPhone and Samsung tablet.
There was also significant noise late in the evening from other guests on our floor (floor 5), including loud music and shouting, which could be heard clearly from both the lifts and our room on the opposite side of the corridor.
We mentioned the bedding concerns to reception at checkout, as we were unable to do so earlier due to attending an event shortly after arrival. Additionally, we found it unusual that there were no coat hangers provided in the room.

The hotel is beautiful, and its staff are very nice and helpful.
But one thing I didn't like about my room is the way the toilet is separated from the bathroom, and I didn't like the wash hand basin (sink) inside the room.

Staff were excellent, very modern bright rooms. Plug beside the bed always helps too. The bar is lovely and has a good range of drinks. Service was excellent and the reception staff are friendly and welcoming.
Rooms look great, but the single beds are tiny and VERY hard. No divider between bathroom and bedroom is quite frankly weird. Shower and toilets are uncomfortably small. I struggled to even turn in the shower. Breakfast was ok, hugely overpriced at £17 when the quality of the food made £10 feel fair.

Clean and quiet room. Safe a plus. Free minibar with 5 various sodas/water. Breakfast very good. A/C quiet and effective. Coffee shop <5min walk.
One elevator(of 2) broken during 2 night stay. Mattress hard as a rock. Shower door wouldn’t stay closed and water leaked onto floor. No wash cloths.
