Wonderful
Large airy bedroom with comfortable bed.
Parking at recommended multistorey was very clean with spacious bays.
Food at breakfast and in Gino de Campo was very good.
Only 1 lift in use and that stopped working as we left. Staff were good at bringing us down in the service lift from the seventh floor.
Wife not keen on the bath and shower being inside the room rather than in a separate room

Good
Location was great .
The lifts were constantly broken which is unacceptable for the price.
Parking discount was never applied . Hotel doesn’t help sort .
Staff at front desk purely room check in , offered no assistance for questions outside of the hotel .
Having an open bathroom ( no doors ) was not great in twin shared rooms .

Disappointing
Room was nice and clean.
I arrived around 12:30, and the receptionist was telling me that we have Studio room available only so if you want to check-in early you can pay 35£. However, from a hotel which cares customer service; it’s really not nice to do this for 35£ as I was really tired. I went out for 2 hours and came back at 14:30, and got my room.

Exceptional
Location was lovely, easy to reach and pack. Room was spacious, the bed, Omg the bed was massive and very comfortable.
I didn’t like that room l was in though, because bathroom was open, and maybe because l was with female friend, so it might work if you are with a partner. Just a thought

Very Good
The property was very clean and met my needs. The food was very good. It was a business trip so I was only there for a short period of time, but I would happily rebook.
I particularly liked the food that was offered and the room itself was very comfortable.

The location was epic. The receptionist, Mia, was very welcoming and exceptional. Overall the hotel is a 10 according to my wife. My wife and I are coming back for our birthday weekend in November.
The spa room wasn’t working and there was no swimming pool.
