Very Good
Location was convenient to train station and downtown. Staff was superb and friendly. The facility is old and and somewhat dated in comparison to modern hotels but the rooms are well maintained and provide sufficient closet and storage space for suitcases and incidentals.

Great location, easy to walk to anything you need. Clean room with enough space and nice decor.
The shower didn’t drain too well and the bed was very hard. Depends what you like but I thought the bed was a bit too hard for the average person.

When i needed to change the dates of my reservation the agent OYO were a nightmare to deal with. Multiple calls, approx 7hrs of call & hold time. OYO staff approved my date changes over the phone multiple times but asked me to request the change through booking.com. When i did this they then rejected the request. This happened roughly 4/5 times until i recorded the call and informed them of this. Then a manager approved the date change over the phone.
Staff at the hotel were great during our stay.
In future i would avoid staying at hotels where OYO are the agent just incase my plans change. I don't ever want to go through that again.

Brilliant location in central Manchester. Stayed for the marathon a quick tram ride to the start. Staff were lovely.
Very noisy at night seemed to be above a passage way where people were up all night

Dusty rooms, some tired areas. Had a plumbing issue but had to be resolved on WhatsApp as no phones in room.

Room was just perfect for one person, clean, tidy, had everything it needed to have. Location is in city center, close to railways station and all important buses to go around the Manchester.

Amazing room. SUPER COMFY mattress. Double shower with very high water pressure. Plenty of towels available as well. All nice and clean. Room nice and warm all the time. 8 mins walking distance from a train station (on way back was 6 mins as I took a bit different route).
Can't really complain about anything here. All was as expected.

Love the style , location, value for money. Staff really attentive.
The scrambled eggs tasted strongly of fish- I couldn't eat them. The corridor carpets are looking grubby. I'm not keen on aircon systems quite so big for small rooms, but once I was warm I turned mine off and was perfectly comfortable. My toilet had not been flushed before I came into the room.

Noisy sometimes, there are so many rooms and sound isolation does not work well
