A kettle in the room
The room was over looked from rooms on the other side of the building so no privacy when the curtains were open and couldant get wifi so very disappointed

Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was excellent and clean.
The location also was excellent and near to the transportation like train station and busses.
Easy check-in and checkout process.
Luggage storage facilities if checkout at 11AM and your departure time from train station was at evening time, So you can leave your luggage and return to it later securely.
Restaurants are near and different varieties.
Overall it was very good to me.
The room was a little bit small, but generally it was enough for a couple.

Location was perfect
It was not clean. Carpets, towels were old. AC was working very loudly. They promised to leave an heater to room but it was not in the room when we arrived in. When the ac was off, it was frozen cold. We’re luck to not be sick.

Love the location! Easy access to Trams, Eateries, Restaurants and so much more! The rooms are lovely, love the umbrella theme. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Will definitely recommend this hotel and wills stay here again

Its a very central easy to get to location. The decoration is very interesting and my room was in good condition . Nice pleasant staff . Wifi worked. Will definitely consider it again
The shower in my room was designed without a door so there was a puddle of water on the floor after i used it.
The room had a portable radiator which was ok as it worked but not what you would expect in a premium accomodation

Disappointing
This hotel is in a convenient location if your are attending an event at the Etihad Campus, more so if the trams are running from Portland (they weren't when we visited this time). But this does also mean you have to contend with the sound of trams passing by.
The room's air conditioning unit began leaking during the night. We were awoken by the sound of dripping around 04:30am. There was already a puddle at this point, so it must have been leaking for some time. We turned the air con off and placed the bucket underneath. The leak into the room continued for about half an hour, but a dripping sound continued at various points inside of the ceiling for another half hour. This lead to quite a broken sleep. We reported the leak at the front desk at check out. We were assured that maintenance would attend to the air con, but there was no offer of recompense.

The location was central, but for tourists may be confusing with too much local activity and limited tourist help.
Hotel was very clean, and had a happy hour. The girl at desk was very delightful and staff in general was helpful. Everyone in this city was pleasant. Even the bus drivers.There was a Restaurant part of a famous England chain, nearby, with great food, prices and ambiance. Not sure if name was Westbury or W something. I recommend it.
There was not much activities for tourists in the area and you were pretty much on your own. Best for groups or couples than solo travelers, or people who go on business.

Very convenient location, close to all transport options and within easy reach of major sightseeing spots ideal for anyone new to the city.
The facilities are quite old one clear example is the room heating. It doesn’t work effectively, which is especially noticeable during the cold season. This is something that should be improved to better accommodate guests in colder weather.

Good hotel in the middle of town. Very easy to get around downtown. The room was clean and easy to access. The shower was hot with good water pressure as well.
It felt a little budget. They could have provided an extra hand towel and pillow. The carpet was a bit tired and could have used a good cleaning.
