Location
It was so cold! The heater in room didn’t work. Complained so they gave us an extra duvet and a portable storage heater which kept cutting out. Very disappointing

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cindy at reception was great, so a special mention to her. Great location, right in the centre with a lot goong on within a 5-10 minute walk in all directions.
For the price the room was quite small and certain parts of the room looked a bit worn e.g. Shower

Great location
We booked months ago as we were going to a football game however, the fixtures changed and we asked to change our date of stay. Staff were rude and unhelpful and refused to help. Whilst I understand the policy for cancellation, there was no wiggle room at all and the way in which it was handled was appalling.
The lift was not working (this was our second stay and the same lift wasn’t working last time either), leaving just one tiny lift to accommodate the whole hotel.
The plug socket by the bed also didn’t work, so couldn’t use kettle and phone was without charge after being plugged in all night.
Pillows were pathetic and only one each in the double room.
Window wouldn’t open.
No storage for clothes (tiny open wardrobe with no doors and only 2 hangers)

I loved everything - from the fun decor to the amazing staff to the centrality of the location. The bed and pillows were comfy. Room temperature was adjustable. Everything was great!

Friendly staff
Bed had a big dip in it. Luckily on lower half and not at my back. That would have been uncomfortable. Room was clean. Only one lift which was very slow to get in the morning. Overall and average stay. Seems to be a little run down however acceptable stay. Very central with nice staff.

Lovely room right in the city center, i absolutely love the vibes and the weather theme of the place. Everything was clean and the girl at the reception was truly the kindest person, super helpful with everything. Would definitely recommend
