This an IBIS!!! It is complete misrepresentation by Booking.com. At no point is the property referenced as an IBiS during booking, infact the massive logo is airbrushed from the photo.
It’s a usual cheap low standard hotel with basic facilities, foam mattress bed horrible pillows and for a rediculous £165 a night - a complete rip off! I paid for a queen bed, and got a normal one. When I complained I was told I had a ‘queen room’ - which is basically a disabled room.
I wouldn’t stay in an ibis if you paid me. Very unhappy how this property misrepresented itself.

Central and upbeat vibe, good pricing.
Ac sounded like a vacuum cleaner. Room had no ventilation which means you have to open the window, and the noise outside is loud. Staff offered a fan, it broke within 5 min. The property is in desr need of new ACs and fans that work. It’s got so much potential for such a small maintenance needs.

Location close to train stations, Wetherspoons and our event. Comfortable firm mattress. Good hot shower. Tea facilities good.
