Very Poor
It was a very short walk from the train station.
It was located right next to the bus line and was extremely loud, even being on the sixth floor. Right after I checked in two men entered my room and told me the heating was broken, but offered no solution. Internally was extremely loud as well.

always enjoy staying here - good room, shower, bed etc and lovely staff.
Not the best stay I have had here (have been several times this year);
- slow check in (mine was fine and rapid as usual but a long queue and seemed to be very slow indeed for guests in front of me)
- room very very cold!! aircon only pumping out cold air and setting to highest temp, switching on or off, asking at reception all didnt help. very unsatisfactory and prevented decent sleep
- shower gel not refilled during room service and despite only having two quick showers during my stay it ran out!

Staff are lovely we was facing a lift and staying all weekend for our anniversary could hear the lift every time was used and people they moved us as we wanted quite area of the hotel they happily moved us with no fuss. X

Very central and lovely exterior, price is decent
The carpet in my room was pretty questionable, didnt feel comfortable to walk on it without shoes on. Staff seemed a little tired of working there

The decor. Extremely strange outdated decor. Rooms looked like they were suitable for children. Wall mirrors purposely hung at 45 very strange indeed

Perfect location in city centre and walking distance to canal street. Hotel very quirky and modern with great facilities. Hotel staff very welcoming and check in was very easy. Reception area has a small selections of essential that can be purchased if needed.
If driving the nearest parking available was 21 for 24h (not the hotels fault). No other faults

Definitely a party hotel - no bad thing, but no 'do not disturb' options on the doors. Room wasn't as clean as I would have liked.

I loved that the room already had an iron and ironing board instead of having to get one from the desk
As theres no headboard - its like attached to the wall. It was uncomfortable when sitting up in bed.

The location is absolutely brilliant - youre bang in the middle of the city centre and as two tourists, it was super convenient for us! The room was spacious with an iron, ironing board and hairdryer already in the room which saved us the hassle of having to go downstairs. The beds were comfy too. Excellent customer service - staff were incredibly kind (the Mancunians generally are!) and helpful.
Walls were slightly thin which meant we were awoken at 2am by noisy neighbours but of course, this just depends on how lucky you are! The first room we were given did have a malfunctioning lock and a flickering light but staff were very attentive and quick to respond by giving us a new room.
