Staff really helpful, close to the train station.
Clean room,
My room was at the front of the hotel, noisy neighbours in the room next door and near a lift area. It was so noisy on the evening with traffic, trams and people coming and going.
Then noisy from 7am onwards the next morning.

Great location, simple rooms which is all we needed from a city centre stay.
There was only 1 lift in action, and it took a long time to wait for the other lift. Would normally just use the stairs but not feasible in a high rise building.

The reception, bar and cleaning staff are excellent. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The hotel is well located and close to train and bus stations. You can do almost everything on foot within a short distance.

We liked the theme and the style.
The bed was tiny, plus terribly uncomfortable. Really hard mattress and stiff pillows.
