Only one lift was operational and small capacity. I was fortunate to be on the first floor so had the use of the stairs.

Location the best everything near u.
Staff very friendly we arrive late at night and i was die for a coffee ,they make us 2 coffee at 12am .

The staff are very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect for us, 2 minutes from the coach station & 5 minutes from Arndale SC. Lots of shops and food places nearby including a restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were not too hot or too cold. Staff took the bags for us as we arrived prior to check in time.
