Room was filthy pubic hair all over bedding and inside of bed sheets clearly hadn't been changed and just made to look like it had by the cleaners shower area wasn't clean carpets in corridor were really dirty and old

The staff were lovely, helpful and polite. The staff made the stay pleasant.
The decor was quirky.
The location was central.
The images of the breakfast looked fantastic, however, the breakfast was not what I was expecting based on the pictures. Very basic.
The foyer and restaurant was lovely, very well kept. However, the upstairs rooms and corridors were very tired, cracks on the walls, decor peeling away.
The room was very small.
Based on the upkeep and the breakfast, I dont think the £190 total for 1 night stay and breakfast was good value for money.

Ideally location near train station and numerous restaurants,bars and cafes. The hotel is well mentained,clean and tidy,staff also very friendly and helpful.

Slept well. Nice room. Was upgraded so I think my original room must have been quite small and so this was a nice surprise as was the complimentary breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and the staff very attentive, polite and efficient.
Couldn't find it on satnav as my data ran out and the hotspot I usually create with a second phone if I run out did not work.
Managed to find the booking email and called the hotel but no one replied.

Great hotel for accessing the city. 5 min walk from Picadilly train station. Comfortable room with air conditioning which was great given it was 29 degrees when we were there. Rooms on small side but still ideal for 2 nights. Staff were friendly.
