Location was great and had a nice relaxed hostel vibe
The breakfast was not good undercooked sausage sent back twice microwaved twice. Paid at the time along with a joke about free stuff and he told us rudely that there's a charity across the rd. Tbh it would've been better as it was worth 12£ for cereal and yogurt lol lush no hdmi connection so no ps5

Convenient location.
The staff allowed my friend (whose name was not on the booking) to check in under my name without asking for ID. When I queried this, they said that to receive a room key you only need to have the name of the booking and “not look dodgy”. I informed them how this was unsafe, especially for female guests but they were not interested. Crazy considering similar issues in the news recently!

Very convenient location and the buildingitself is attractive. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant bar area and a very good shower in the bathroom. Breakfast was a very good price.
The room wasn't fully prepared - the hairdryer was missing, as was the 2nd pillow for one of us. I've stayed here previously although on one of the higher floors. This time we were on the 1st floor and the outside noise was quite intrusive even with a closed window. The aircon started roaring at one point - I think someone needs to act on the 'time to clean filter' message.
Also, it's not ideal to have one of the two lifts out of order when booked to capacity.

Great location. Big room.
Poor facilities. I tried to use the iron in my room and i burned myself on it. It also leaked hot water everywhere. Additionally there was no view from our widow. All we could see was a black wall from our widows. So this wasn’t ideal. Room is very outdated.

Walking distance to the centre, tram, bus and train stations. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, including a good Indian restaurant in the hotel.
The decor was very dull.

Cleanliness was disappointing.Carpet was not clean.
Very noisy at night. There is no sound proof. You can hear what neighbors are saying.
The hotel has two elevators only, one of them was out of order and all the guests were using one elevator only. It took 40 minutes to move our luggage from floor 5 to ground.
