Nice bar and decor to main entrance Secured main doors of a night
Poor customer service Lack of reception front just a table. Small rooms, no heating or air conditioning as it was broken. Given a small heater in room, but not notified on arrival. Broken lift, only one available to the entire hotel 650 plus rooms. Skeleton staff noone to be found if needed. Tea and coffee, sugar not fully stocked in room. USB port not working and only 2 plug points in room.

Was in a great central location. Rooms were nice and clean , bed was comfy.. bathroom and shower were really nice.
Room was very noisy, could hear water or something gurgling all night as well as other guests just talking, was also freezing, heating wasn’t working and we were asked to come down and get a portable heater and if we wanted an extra duvet, well we would have to wait till the shift change at 11 pm because girl on desk couldn’t leave it as so short staffed! Couldn’t have a shower in the morning either because the room was so cold.. awful when you’ve actually hot the cold and need warmed up.

Still new and very clean. Minimal but had everything. Cute interior. Good breakfast. The coffee was what I liked the most too--very strong.
The shampoo made my hair dry. Would be better if the conditioner was provided.
