Very friendly and accommodating staff, comfortable lobby. Central location near train station and canals.
Also because it's so central, it could be a little noisy, but never for long.

The room was over looked from rooms on the other side of the building so no privacy when the curtains were open and couldant get wifi so very disappointed

Exceptional service from the staff, they were the best. The breakfast offering was really good, lots of choice and the hot food was hot and tasty.
There was an issue with the air conditioning in my room, however when I went down to ask reception for help they were quick to come and put it right, it did take much longer to warm up than the 15 minutes stated on the unit thought. The decor was not to my taste, too busy and the cockeyed picture frame around the TV is a little odd. Not easy to find as there aren't any street numbers and just a tiny sign over the entrance which was half obscured by someone smoking in the doorway!
