Good location
Super basic small rooms. Shower easily overflowing. Mismatching stained carpets. If you’re looking for somewhere to just put your head down at night then this place is fine. If you’re looking for a nice hotel experience, then keep looking!

Staff were friendly & 24 hour concierge is a plus. Location is great. 30 seconds from Picadilly tram station literally. Did have iron & ironing board which was nice. Bathroom lighting is good too lol.
Honestly, awful hotel. AC even when off rumbles LOUDLY all night. Our windows faced out directly across a small prison roof situation, straight into another guests window. Beds are uncomfy. Pillows were all different & mismatched. You can hear people coughing and moving in their own rooms all night. Paints peeling off the walls and the doors all have fake door stickers on them- which is kind of funny how tacky it is tbh. We had a ‘queen room’. I’d hate to see a standard. We needed something reasonably priced for a last minute trip so it was fine, but would never stay here by choice

Central location close to Piccadilly station. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean, quiet and comfortable room
The breakfast was not worth the money. The scrambled eggs and beans looked as if they had been out all morning, and the sausages looked as if they had been cooked on a radiator

Room and bathroom relatively new. Looking good and modern. Location down town. Bit noisy at back of hotel due to train/subway stop nearby. (front, bit noisy due to main street) But drink a (few) pint(s) in the nice next door bar and you won't notice ;-) Bar is spacious, cosy, colorful and modern. With soccer table, pool table and big -sports-screen.
Beds are a bit short, when you are over 190 cm.

We liked how quirky the property was and how central it was in Manchester
The room was quite small and it was tight getting in and out of the room and they could have offered a little more for the breakfast
