Very local to train station
Beds were comfy and overall room was clean
Nothing really just personal preference but I’d like two pillows over one

Disappointing
The location and the aesthetic
The staff was rude , I paid for a city view and couldn’t see the city , my iron in my room was un usable and when I took it to reception I got told that I should of checked the temperature however I couldn’t use it at all and basically tried blaming me for it when it was how I found it. Along with this they took 40 minutes to give me a new one and the new one was also broken as the steam button was broken

Great location, room was fine for an overnight stay.
Staff were not exactly welcoming. It always seemed like we were disturbing them from something even at check in. I don't expect over the top fake welcome but a bit of a smile would have gone a long way.

The room itself is small but comfortable
The walls are paper thin and I heard far more of my neighbours (both conversation and after midnight TV) than should ever be acceptable in a hotel

The location, the room and the staff.
That the hotel changed its name without informing me. I had booked it in August as IBIS Styles Hotel and was looking for it with that name upon arrival. No clue about the name change and it took me some time to find out.

U stayed in a room with no hearing the cooler did not work. I asked to. Hangs rooms but they asked me for an early check out to empty room so they could get me a other
