Very easy to communicate with and always at hand to help
room not clean and very run down
Not enough coffee .. bathroom very basic and not enough towels
Lift broken and q to exit as we were located on high floor

On checking in I was just handed my key card told lift was around the corner .
No mention of breakfast or facilities in the hotel or check out time.....
Prior to that I came earliar to leave a bag in the back room and lady on reception wasn't nice nor helpful when I asked for directions made me feel like I was a fool at the desk and didn't have a interest in what I was saying had a attitude towards me
