We were group of ladies who have been away to different places for over 25 years and this is one of the best hotels we've stayed in and it's quite quirky, staff very friendly and informative
It's probably to do with Manchester but the bars seem to close at 11.00 pm, also the hotel bar so we were unable to have a night cap

Central location and very close to the Piccadilly station where I came in and out of during my stay.
It felt like a bit of a repainting could be done in some spots but the place was comfortable and staff accommodating and friendly - and the location and price were fantastic so it was still well worth the stay!

Great location, friendly staff.
Hair dryer was faulty and triggered room heat alarm. Staff very attentive within minutes checking if al was ok. Hairdryer was taken away
