Everything done perfect. Even when I needed hot water to male coffee, the staff offered me a kettle. That was great and maybe kettles should always be available in rooms with small coffee/tea table

Easy access from train station and central Manchester . Rates quite reasonable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Clean.
Rooms a bit too warm although fans are available apparently. Quite a lot of noise outside
