Room was clean and had everything required for a night's stay. Comfortable bed.
Although it was fine for one night, the room was quite small, and the bathroom compact. Our view was the back of other buildings. Having said that, it was perfectly adequate for a short stay.

Cold room, no breakfast available in the hotel,

The Hotels proximity for our show at The Palace Theatre and Oxford Road Station was perfect as it is a comfortable 5 minute walk. The check-in process was seamless and the young man doing so was very helpful and allowed us early access to a room as he found one that was ready . Check out was equally simple with reception allowing us to leave a bag whilst we shopped .

The breakfast was well stocked and provided value for the pre-booked price. The staff were friendly and the bar facilities were pleasant. Good Location.
A lot of the furnishing in the room were peeling off. There was a lack of soundproofing and road noises were very loud as a result. Wifi in the room often cut out.

Good location, tea and coffee in the room, good bathroom, great breakfast in the sister hotel Novotel. I left very early on the last day and received a perfect breakfast box. Close to several Christmas markets in the city.
There was an alarm during my last night, the sound inside my room was terrible.

Location was perfect for a visit to the Aviva Warehouse and Satans Hollow
We had a room on the Main Street so the traffic was quite loud but otherwise no issues. It was also pricey for a one night stay but we’ve taken in to account it was a Saturday during the Christmas markets

The following hotel is located 10 minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly Station and Manchester Oxford Road as well, so the location is very good. The bed was also very comfortable too
There are only 3 hangers in the room, and I was not really impressed with the breakfast, too. Instead of a desk, they have a small sofa. In my case, I would rather have a desk, especially given the limited storage space in the room
