Hotel was a bargain - great value for money. Quiet location yet close to the city centre, spacious room (although it's Ibis Budget!), comfy beds, lovely staff
Breakfast option was rather modest - boiled eggs, ham and slices of cheese, I'd suggest adding at least fried eggs to the menu. However it's worth noting that they were transparent about what was included in breakfast and it was cheap. Great coffee, btw!

Staff didn’t knock before entering the room the next day to clean it they just came in.

Beds where comfy room space was ok
Window too small didn’t like the view (especially after the cost ), which was a huge metal cogwheel wall , it was very expensive for 1 night , far from the budget hotel your branded for or the budget prices you advertise your self on .
I’d of at least expected tea / coffee making facilities or a bottle of water baring in mind there was extreme weather warnings for the heat but to have that in your room came at an extra cost so it’s obviously available ! Over £220 for 1 night for less than 24hrs . There’s nothing budget about that , it’s actually scandalous it’s not even city centre .
