Ideal location for a quick hop on the tram one stop to the city and ideal location for the etihad 25 minute walk or 10 minute tram ride
Staff were very helpful and friendly.
Rooms are very small, the shower was in the bedroom along with the sink. The toilet was too small to wipe your butt and was located in a cupboard.

Easy access to city centre, train station and etihad stadium. Tram station right across the road.
Having to pay extra for tea and coffee making facilities. Shower like one you’d find in a caravan. Toilet space was a tight squeeze.
£600 for 3 nights was a bit steep considering it was booked last year. And then when I checked the price days leading up….it had reduced to £426. So I don’t believe in the price hikes due to demand when it’s any event weekend.
