Good breakfast
lack of tea coffee in the room or available in the lobby. The option of a tray for £3.50 to take to the room was a bit disappointing. I didn't bother.

Location but further away from Co op arena than i expected
The place was very BUDGET considering the price!! No tea and coffee making facilities. Handwash in place of Shower gel. Shower in the room, no privacy. Feet stuck out from under the toilet door. A big person would not be able to use that toilet and have the door closed!

Bed was comfortable. Great if just staying for a night and wanting something cheap and cheerful. However a room for 3 people had the shower in the room and the toilet had no working light. Which meant no privacy within the room if wanting a bathroom.

The location of the hotel, it was very close to a tram station.
The twin room was very cramped. The toilet was separate from the hand washing basin and the shower was not very powerful.

When I closed my eyelids I couldn't see anything.
The room was prison-like but I had to pay for the privilege of staying there. Heat pump sounded like water was running through it all night.
