The staff were all incredible friendly. The room what I needed and a great price.
Some of the room looked a little worn, like marks on the floor and chips taken out of walls and sideboards.

Staff were polite, ideal location for co op live and Piccadilly station. It is budget for a reason. Can't argue with the price we paid £46. Bargain
Small room and could do with flooring to be updated. Maybe a fresh coat of paint. Didn't like the 2 beds put together to make a double and only have a mattress topper to make it a double.

I liked the coffee (included in breakfast buffet)
decent location with tram station 5min walk away
room was very compact, no frills
charging spot near bed was in a very awkward position, had to bend down and reach it in the corner
£3.50 for tea, coffee tray which should be complimentary
breakfast buffet for £8.50 did not have much variety. I would have liked scrambled eggs.
Wi-Fi connection would randomly drop which was annoying

Location was good. I wanted to be near Piccadilly, and this was close enough. The room was sufficiently tidy and comfy, but nothing special.
The hotel was pretty loud and the room was tiny. But I did pay for the smallest and cheapest room, so can't complain too much

Hairdryer
The shower was in the room despite advertising private shower, staff were rude the room was dirty and the stay was awful.
I took my sister and all it said we needed was a letter from the parent to say she could stay with which we brought. They nearly didnt let us have the room because we didnt bring parents ID with us.
Awful stay will not be going again.
