Wonderful
It was a good two nights the hotel is nearby from the city hall there is no huge distance and the a tram station is abou 100 meter from the hotel. Under the hotel there are Costa coffie and Dominos pizza. The staff were very kind and pollite they helped everything.
In the room there was not heating so it was a little be cold for me and my family.

Cheap and cheerful! Comfortable bed, small but clean room. Decent basic breakfast. Good location near Piccadilly station/square.
Facilities need a bit of refreshing (shelf fell off, peeling on shower, etc). Price given at reception different to Booking.com, but friendly receptionist sorted that out.

Incredibly comfortable bed and quilt. Very noisy from the street below, don't know if the window were double glazed or not. The hot water in the shower took at least two minutes to actually come through hot. I'm an early riser so wanted a coffee a 5am, would have been nice to be able to make my own in the room instead of having to get dressed and go down to reception. Good choice of stuff for breakfast
No kettle in room. Incredibly bad WiFi speed. I couldn't even listen to music whilst I was getting ready to go out and messages were taking over 10 minutes to be sent and received. And the room was so dark it was very difficult to do make up. I had to sit on a towel on the floor infront of the mirror as no other option

Very clean. Comfortable large bed. Friendly staff. Car parking 3 minutes walk away. The Etihad is only a 10 minute tram ride away or 25 minute walk.
The separate toilet is very small and cramped. If you are larger than normal size, or long legs it's impossible to sit down without having the door open!

Good value stay for a night halt. The rooms were tidy and clean. Special mention of the front desk (Indian) lady who was super - coordial for us and arranged the rooms almost next to each other.
Looking at the budget hotel couldn't ask for more but if the wash basin would have been inside the bathroom, would have been nice.

The location, price and cleanliness won me over. We stayed just the one night which was perfect as you wouldn't want to stay longer due to room size.
It's a budget location so don't expect grand rooms. That said, you get everything you need.

All went well - standard and facilities are 'budget level' - but very good value for money - location good, close too Metro and only 1 stop on Metro to main station - staff very helpful and friendly
I travelled alone - I am not sure what type of room I booked but I was allocated a triple room - which was too big - a smaller room would have been better.
