The room was clean and the windows block out all the noise from the main street which was good.
Contacting reception has been a horrible experience. there is no phone in the room. there is a whatsapp number but nobody responded on it.
I forgot my fitbit in the hotel but still haven't been able to contact anyone to get in touch about it. The calls keep getting redirected to some AI voice. Ibis budget is like ryan air of hotels, they charge for every little thing and it is not a good experience to stay there.

Location was good. I wanted to be near Piccadilly, and this was close enough. The room was sufficiently tidy and comfy, but nothing special.
The hotel was pretty loud and the room was tiny. But I did pay for the smallest and cheapest room, so can't complain too much

The shower was in the room despite advertising private shower, staff were rude the room was dirty and the stay was awful.
I took my sister and all it said we needed was a letter from the parent to say she could stay with which we brought. They nearly didnt let us have the room because we didnt bring parents ID with us.
Awful stay will not be going again.

Lovely location a short walk away from the train station and city centre. Very welcoming staff, clean room with a lovely view. Great place to stay.
The trains passing by are quite loud, but shutting the window helps a lot :)

The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast and the location is very well connected. I was impressed that we could leave our laguage there for the day. All in all a very pleasent stay
The shower. We had room 305 and I was expecting that the shower and toilet was seperated from the room. Well we managed anyway. The bunkbed was also a little challenging.

Location:
Even though it seemed very near to the Picadilly Station, it wasn't like that in the end. The walking is very challenging and exhausting between construction sites and the route is longer than expected. There is no efficient public transport. The bus stop in front of the hotel has no function, because you can not go to the city centre with the bus stopping there.
Room:
The room was unbelievably small. The room also lacked the furniture. We had to put our bags on the floor and open them on the floor. At the sides of the bed, there were very small shelves which were yes, literally "very small". There were no towels for drying your hand after you wash your hand or face. The window was incredibly small. There was no chair, only a footstool. Air conditioner could not be operated manually, it was stuck on automatic mode.

It was a good two nights the hotel is nearby from the city hall there is no huge distance and the a tram station is abou 100 meter from the hotel. Under the hotel there are Costa coffie and Dominos pizza. The staff were very kind and pollite they helped everything.
In the room there was not heating so it was a little be cold for me and my family.

Cheap and cheerful! Comfortable bed, small but clean room. Decent basic breakfast. Good location near Piccadilly station/square.
Facilities need a bit of refreshing (shelf fell off, peeling on shower, etc). Price given at reception different to Booking.com, but friendly receptionist sorted that out.
