Good location, next to a tram line and only a 15-20 minute walk to the centre! Staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout the stay! The room was clean, and had a comfy bed allowing for a good nights sleep.

Cheap and cheerful. It had everything we needed, not too far from the center which was nice.
The pool table didn’t work on our first night, the card machine wasn’t recognising my card.
How ever I think my phone was playing up to be honest.

The staff were lovely
It was quiet on the fist floor where we stayed
The location was perfect
We paid £140 for one night
The beds and bathroom was clean
There was old chewing gum on the bed frame
The skirting boards were dirty
The shower is in the room so lack of privacy and the toilet has a gap in the door and you can hear everything, so make sure you are sharing with someone you are close to

Avoid this place at all costs.
As mentioned, the lack of security was the primary concern; e.g., anyone could walk in/doors didn't lock properly], which made me feel completely unsafe. To make matters worse, the staff were incredibly dismissive when I raised these concerns rather than trying to help. For the price paid, the total lack of basic guest protection and professional service was unacceptable
