I stayed at Ibis Budget for 2 nights. The room and bathroom were clean, staff were helpful, and the location was convinient, for the price it’s a good option

I received a warm welcome from Peter, the receptionist on duty, when I arrived. He was so helpful with queries I had during my stay. Other members of the staff were equally friendly too. The location is so handy, near the metrolink station and not too far from the city centre.
It has become very expensive for the pleasure of putting one's head on a pillow for a night! Breakfast could be better too!

Tiny room, shower in bedroom, toilet in a cupboard. No tea and coffee unless you pay . Not value for money at over £100 a night.

All was good. The pool table was broken in the lobby as was the fussball table, only a small inconvenience

Some of the staff were unhelpful. A pensioner aged woman needed help with a tea tray, the staff refused.

Room decoration was amateurish. Whoever carried it out needs to give the hotel a refund

Bed was truly incomparable
Room was well overpriced. I stayed with ibis in Leicester earlier in the year and only paid £27 more for a two night stay.
