Wonderful
Room was very clean, basic as advertised, but we were pleasantly surprised just how nice it was. The shower was clean with soap provided. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The bus and trams and canal were just outside so you were connected to the city centre without the noise.
The toilet room could have been slightly bigger, as it was a bit tight in there.

Perfect location for 02 Apollo arena and Victoria train station. Room was large very clean. Nothing bad to say about my stay. Would definitely book again.

Had a nice stay here. Staff were nice and room was cleaned to a good standard. Didn’t spend too much time here really, just to shower, get ready and eat but it’s a basic room in a basic hotel that does the job for a short stay! Close by to a shop for necessities.
Bit of a walk from the centre but easy accessible to a local tram. We didn’t have too much luggage so the walk wasn’t too bad! Rooms are very small and compact, toilet was tiny but it did the job.

Friendly and helpful staff, walking distance from the Coop live.
The size of the room, the sink in the room, no hairdryer put in the room, felt very dirty like a hostel type atmosphere, no hot breakfast available, poorly advertised on booking.com, no where to sit in the room, no room to put luggage, no plugs near the bed and having to pay for a kettle in the absolutely shocking as should be part of the room package.
I didn't like paying £142.00 for the lack of things available
