The rooms are clean and simple, and the sound isolation is great—I barely heard a thing from the hallway or other rooms. It’s a fantastic location if you're heading to a show at the Co-Op Live, and the price is hard to beat. Plus, the common areas are spotless and the staff are always friendly, no matter when you check in.
The rooms are starting to look a bit tired, and honestly, the lack of streaming, casting, or smart TV features is pretty annoying in 2026.

Ideal position for access to the Coop Arena and Etihad Stadium. Good price
Very very basic. Shower in the room with no door and a full length mirror on the opposite wall was a little jarring. Had the feeling of a hospital room.

Disappointing
The bed only, it was comfortable .
No kettle in the room , if you want the kettle and tea stuff , you have to pay. The corridor didn't smell nice. The room smelled okay, but note it is tiles on the floor so a bit cold. The bathroom and toilet are not nice, separated a good thing, but your room gets wet from using the bathroom. The bed had an overhead bunk which I didn't fancy. There was also no work station in the room so if you have to do some kind of work with your laptop you will have to go downstairs. Oh yes , I forgot breakfast, not the best , if you like your sausages, eggs , beans etc then don't bother.
