The towel was shedding lint and leaving white fluff on the skin, as if it were brand new but hadn’t been washed. I had to pay extra to check in before the agreed check-in time. There were lots of flags at the reception, but my country’s flag was missing. It’s a small thing, but I noticed it.

The room and facilities were exceptionally clean and clearly well-maintained. On top of that, the hotel was wonderfully quiet, making it incredibly easy to get a peaceful night's sleep.
Disappointing Room Setup for 3 Adults. We booked a room for three adults, but the setup was completely unsuitable for our stay. We were given a double bed and a bunk bed, which is fine for a family traveling with young children, but certainly not for three grown adults—especially given the price we paid for the stay. On top of that, each guest was only provided with a single, very uncomfortable pillow. Overall, it felt poorly equipped and poor value for the money. I wouldn't recommend this room configuration for adult groups.

My room was clean and i had alot of storage space for my clothes. The bathroom was nice and it had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. I was also surprised that my room had AC!
My only complaint was that the water pressure was a little low for me but thats just personal preference.

Good coffee at breakfast and reasonable choice of food - though perhaps just a little expensive.
Room small but clean and generally well designed with a good shower (but no bath.)
Excellent location close to city centre and with a bus stop a few yards away.
Leaflet with details of free daily guided walking tour of Manchester - which was excellent.
Would have been better to have two stools or better still chairs.
Banged our heads a few times on the bunk over the bed which we didn't use.
Extra charge for kettle - though it was small.
