The location was good, less than 10 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly station, and easy to find. Although on the map it looks in the middle of nowhere, there’s a Costa, Sainsbury’s and Dominoes nearby. The hotel itself is very modern, bright and clean. The upper floors only accessible by keycard. The staff are young and enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. My room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower hot.
Only two minor issues, the blind didn’t work and I was only able to pull it down halfway, which might’ve had an affect on my nights sleep. Also the plastic strip on the bottom of the shower door came off and, naked DIY not being my thing, I didn’t bother fixing it. I would have reported these issues to reception, but they were very busy when I checked out.

Best location in Manchester right inside Ancoats. Super friendly and professional staff. Spotless classic room with a big comfy bed. It was my second time here and it was even better.
