Great location for events at the Ethiad.
Air Conditioning in room was welcomed on a warm day.
Lovely staff and reception manned 24hrs.
Didnt think "budget" at £184 for the night meant student hall like.
Also, being expected to pay £3.50 for a tea and coffee tray for the room when paying £184 for a night is ridiculous.
Dated rooms in need of some TLC. Sink in room had a bad drain smell.
Only 1 pillow each in the room. Didn't bother going back to reception to request more though, may have been an option.
Toilet in room was very cramped! Knees touched the door.

Location, ease of booking and check in and out.
Patrons cannot use the car park to the rear unless you have a blue badge. Shame as the car park was empty.
Have to pay extra for a kettle and coffee sachets etc.

Close proximity to the venue we were visiting. We stayed in a 3 bed room. The room was ok for the night but wouldn't want to stay any longer. There was no privacy with the shower in the same room so for 3 people sharing , could have done with a partition or even a curtain while you are using the shower. The bathroom was tiny and could only just fit in. 1 pillow not enough and quite flat. It says a small cocoon room and thats exactly what it was!
