Staff not helpful and really unfriendly. We arrived early and didn’t expect room to be ready but the lack of eye contact etc was painful, made to feel we were a complete nuisance and in the way of the chat that was going on

The lady that checked us in and out was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm and the bed was also very comfortable. The location was great as it was not far from Manchester Piccadilly train station and the tram stop to get to the Co Op Live was also only a minutes walk away.
The only thing that was a little bit off putting was the fact that the shower door opens out into the middle of the room.
