Staff was very cooperative. The tram station is just on a two minutes walk. And Manchester Picadally Station is on a 10 mins walking distance.
The breakfast should have more options at least the scrambled egg for vegetarian guests.

The location was brilliant , not far from the co op live and near the centre of Manchester.
The toilet was tiny when the door was closed, my knees were literally touching the door.. But for the space and price it was ok.

Location and within walking distance from downtown Manchester
People outside the property until 2 in the morning. Smoking, drinking and speaking loudly. Probably using the hotel bar and the outside alley is their smoking area.

There were marks on the window. The mirrow was dirty and around the sink as well saw brown marks.

Rooms are generally okay but don't go for disabled rooms although they are on top floor but they have not very good facilities.

I liked how close it is to the tram stop. We got to check in early which was good as we were wet through from the rain. I liked how comfortable and clean the room was.
The shower in the middle of the room, no privacy even the door is transparent. Needs to be separated could not use as would have steamed up entire room and got everything wet.
