Arrived and the bedding was dirty. Had to stand in the hallway outside the bedroom for over 20 minutes so the woman could change the bedding. No apology or anything

Location, staff & continental breakfast.
Got put in a disabled room…so bathroom was set up for wheelchairs. It smelt bad. Broken mirror and dirty grout on tiles. No cold water…just hot.
