The staff were as friendly, it was easy to check in & out.
The room we were originally in, had flooded the floor due to a unshut/faulty window, with clothes, when addressed to the staff, I was met with skepticism until the member themselves saw the room and had to.move my room.

It was close to the train station and the venue we were visiting
The size of the toilet room is awful. Its a good job myself and myself and my friend are not tall. Also, very dissapointed that the shower its actually a part of the room and literally has the glass door with the bit of frosted glass for privacy and a miror opposite it, so anynody sat on the one bed can literally see everything...just weird. And the beds are very firm.

The room, the bed, lack of facilities. Tea and coffee should be in the room not paid as an extra. No instructions for the heating. Shower in the room not in separate room
