All the staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful which made the stay even better, the hotel itself is amazing and the rooms are incredible, would recommend hotel gotham to anyone looking to stay in Manchester

Bedside Lights didn’t work in the room
Room heat was uncomfortable even after staff intervention
Key cards kept failing. Not generally too much of an issue but in this case reception is on the 6th floor and the lifts are very busy.

We absolutely loved our night away. It was amazing and nice to have luxurious night away. The price is expensive and it was definitely a one of treat and we would love to stay again but we wouldn’t be able to afford it. We stayed Sunday till Monday for a cheaper alternative. The decor was beautiful and we loved it.
It would have been nice to have a few extra little bits included in the price tag like a glass of wine as we were celebrating our honeymoon/ anniversary. We noticed that the other tables at breakfast got offered other breakfast items but my husband didn’t which was a shame.

Room was very hot, was eventually provided wi5 a fan
No usb sockets for charging, told I could buy an adaptor for £25, after paying for an expensive room this was not acceptable.
- kept awake all night by the floor door being ajar and the buzzer going constantly. Tried calling apstaff, it no one on duty at 10:30pm

The smell as you walk in. Decor is nice too. Food was lovely.
The room obviously not used for a while as the drain traps had dried out and the room had a smell.
The room was cold and the heating would not turn up.
I have stayed before and had a much nicer room for the same price. The room had scaffolding on the outside and all windows were filthy.

The room was not cleaned to its usual standard . There were stains on the couches .
