Room was lovely
Dogs, yes dogs, barking in the middle of the night up and down the corridor. Paper thin walls so everyone passing wakes you up. Breakfast took an age to come.

I had a small still water from my mini fridge and was charged £5, I understand the prices will be hiked but £5 for water is obscene.

Lovely room and great location
There was work going on outside the hotel which wasn’t communicated before or at the time of the stay. I was woken up early morning to loud construction work. I called reception twice and was told twice it would stop but didn’t. Not the relaxing stay I had planned

This is without doubt the best hotel in Manchester and I highly recommend it! The location is ideal for a visit to the City. The facilities are excellent and well maintained. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable. Above all the service from all the staff is impeccable and nothing is too much trouble. Staff are always helpful, attentive and genuinely want to make your stay memorable. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Well done Team Gotham - Merry Christmas
