The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. Chocolate strawberries in our room were an added bonus!
The doors of the adjoining rooms in our corridor were noisy when people closed them ... perhaps the addition of soft close hinges may be considered.

The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful, as soon as you walk in the hotel smells beautiful. The room was gorgeous, huge comfortable bed, very relaxing monsoon shower and really cool aesthetic.
The room was very warm, took a long time for the air conditioning to cool it down, we couldn’t sleep for a while because of this. The TV remote doesn’t work from the bed so you have to get up and walk towards the tv for it to work.

The location is amazing and the hotel is super quirky and very snazzy!
It was just far too cold in the bedrooms and at breakfast. We understand it’s a listed building and nothing can be done with the windows. It’s a shame they can’t think of another way of keeping it warm

The room was spacious and very clean, large bathroom with an amazing shower, bed was comfortable, great fridge/minibar, plenty of tea and coffee, milk & water. Very helpful concierge, special mention to Gio
room is advertised as soundproof, could hear resident in adjoining room coughing most of the night, could feel draught from both windows. Lack of draw space.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The hotel interior is aesthetically pleasing and comforting. The rooms were very spacious with a big TV in the perfect location in front of the huge comfy bed that was complimented with a comfy throw for extra warmth during the snowy night we had during our stay. The TV has a netflix button so you can log into your netflix which is great! The bathroom was huge too, complimentary soap and shower gel etc. The waterfall shower was amazing. The wardrobe has a fully stocked mini fridge with alcohol and soft drinks that is chargeable via the deposit taken on arrival but there was also tea and coffee which were complimentary. There were also other things available to use in there that were available to purchase with your deposit such as a universal charging lead, energy sachets etc. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you !
