Great location. Quirky.
Breakfast was more basic than I expected.
Service lovely.
But coffee, food. All took a while.
Nearly made us late for check out.
Which reception was fine about.

Great location, friendly staff, especially concierge team. Nice decor, quirky rooms
Room not cleaned nor restocked after 1st night. Bed not made, coffee cups not cleaned or swapped. Room on cold side..it was freezing but no double glazing. Pillows very firm, no option of softer ones in the room. No big deal in a Premier Inn but this claims to be 5 star!

A very stylish hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly and professional staff. The breakfast setting and choices were amazing and cooked to perfection. Overall our stay at Hotel Gotham was definitely 10/10 for everything.

The concierge was brilliant recommended a really great sushi place for our evening. The hotel decor was excellent really enjoyed our stay.
The radiator next to the bed, they have to move this, nearly crippled me.

I don't normally leave reviews but feel I must about two staff in particular. From the moment of arrival (2pm 23rd December), the two Concierge staff were the hotels most welcoming feature with their excellent senses of humour. I remember them from my last visit and they both were exactly the same. I hope very much the management recognise their exceptional customer service and see just what a credit they are to the Gotham - they made my Birthday stay again, so enjoyable and valet parking is wonderful!! The rest of the hotel stay and room etc was great and as expected.
Nothing - love this hotel and will definitely return.

The decor, how friendly the staff are. Also I had a few questions and little problem which was resolved very quickly.
