The hotel was clean and the breakfast was lovely
I didn't like the excessive noise and banging, Complained to 3 different members of staff Nothing done. 3rd time resulted in me giving up and checking out 2 days early Then received a snotty immature message from them when I kindly asked them to reimburse me for the 2 nights I didn't stay there because my only option was to check into another hotel,

Staff at the front desk were brilliant - so helpful and much appreciated. Room was great though could have been a little bigger in terms of managing our luggage and needing to climb over them. Given we had never been to Manchester before - location was primo! Able to get to places/shopping very easily with train station at our doorstop.
More coffee sachets would have been appreciated. When we initially let ourselves into our room, we found a used hand towel thrown behind the door on the floor which fell a bit ‘ick’.

The location is amazing. Just a 5min walk to Piccadilly station. The rooms felt clean and comfortable, nice atmosphere. Breakfast had a wide range and was delicious.
We were shown a seat for breakfast, which I really dislike. The host put all people together one by one. And you had to wait in line to be seated. I want to pick my own seat, usually away from a big crowd, just to have some space and quiet around me. It was also really unnecessary to put everyone together as there was a lot of space. The host switched on our last day. He at least asked us if we have a preference. This I liked.
