Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. No issues if we requested anything that was needed, and helped with regards to adding on a late check out for our last day. Location was perfect and the room was comfortable.

It's a Holiday Inn. Was comfortably up to their usual standard. The shower was excellent.
No BBC radio channels on the TV system. On arrival one of the room lights didn't work but we got that fixed by hotel housekeeping. There was a good choice of breakfast dishes, but the tea/coffee machines often had :d at least one of them at a time wasn't working: the milk needed topping up, or the water was heating up.

We had some problems at first since we got a room where someone else had checked in earlier that day. Felt a bit unsafe that night. The breakfast was good. The room was small but good. The hallways were quit dirty. Overall the stay was good.
