it's a brilliant location and a great atmosphere. The room was lovely (not quite as good as when i had a huge one at the end of a corridor once) but it's a great hotel and i always stay there when i can

Comfortable and clean. They offer 2 different pillows, cotton and feather, that what I like. I prefer cotton than feather. Sleep like baby that we need for long time.
Restaurant is quite disappointed, we went to it last night for dinner. I was having a cheeseburger and my wife had fish finger burger. Mine was just ok but my wife didn't like it and didn't eat it all. The staff offered to remove it from the bill. We accepted that.

Really impressed withbthis hotel. The whole hotel felt new and fresh.
A massive effort has gone into the Christmas decorations which are stunning!!
£12.10 for a large glass of wine!

Friendly warm welcome from the lady receptionist who kindly obliged with our room requests ie., high floor and walk in shower. Location was excellent and most importantly for us the room had a walk in shower as we requested.
For such a spacious bathroom equipt with a large beautifully tiled walk in shower the small shower head let's it down. You don't need a waterfall shower but you do need a larger shower head.

This was an excellent hotel
Great location a few minutes walk from Piccadilly station. Friendly helpful staff, especially the delightful Jose on the front desk (who allowed us to practice our Spanish on him) and the kitchen staff.
We also liked the design of our room with the toilet situated by the entrance, to avoid disturbing our partner during the night.
Good varied breakfast also including gluten free items
This was pricey compared to similar hotels where we have stayed. And it would have been helpful to have had a notice put up by the room heater to explain how to use it
A tourist map of Manchester would also have been useful . Not allí of us are comfortable with smart phones!
