Didn't like jam/preserves at breakfast with a spoon in a jar - would rather have a sealed portion without a sticky spoon handled by everyone else - just a picky/personal point!

Loved the location, the convenience of where it is and having parking so close by, and being close to the amenities I needed ie tram station.

Location perfect, staff really friendly , good size room and lovely breakfast
Trams were quite noisy and ran until early hours of the morning
