The hotel was clean and the breakfast was lovely
I didn't like the excessive noise and banging,
Complained to 3 different members of staff
Nothing done.
3rd time resulted in me giving up and checking out 2 days early
Then received a snotty immature message from them when I kindly asked them to reimburse me for the 2 nights I didn't stay there because my only option was to check into another hotel,

Pleasant
We had some problems at first since we got a room where someone else had checked in earlier that day. Felt a bit unsafe that night. The breakfast was good. The room was small but good. The hallways were quit dirty. Overall the stay was good.

Very Good
The hotel was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was good with a nice variety. The location is very convenient, close to Manchester Piccadilly Station, with lots of shopping and food options within walking distance. Overall, money well spent and a stay I’d strongly recommend.

Oliver on reception was excellent. The room was spacious and breakfast was fine
Oh dear, oh dear - the hotel advertises a car park bot doesnt say it isc not theirs. Consequently we spent ages looking for a non existent car park with all the frustrations that entailed. That is a rather duplicitous thing to do.

Everything except the staff at the reception on 6th Jan.
An exceptionally rude, sarcastic lady at the reception. Jan 6th around 1800H. Deliberately didn't add my car plate number for parking (which I realized next morning when checkin out) despite providing details.
The error was corrected by the gentleman in charge at the reception on Jan 7th around 0900H (thank you!)

Clean, quick check in
I found the bed sheet material uncomfortable. Not a cotton sheet, disturbed my sleep. Tap squeaky in bathroom sink. Only one pack of biscuits for two people. Individual jam pots no longer available at breakfast . Need more coffee machines, food cold by the time got a drink due to waiting for a hot drink.

This is my bet place to stay in Manchester, but this time there is an east Asian staff at reception have bad attitude while check in, so I booked my room through Booking.com and I left the hotel, because I don't want to deal with him. Later I come back to take my room key and I found an Australian lady, she was very welcoming and she apologies about what happened with that guy. Many thanks to her for kindness.
