We weren’t advised about the parking and on how we could save some money, the room had hair on pillows and there was some beer left in the fridge which should have been taken out.

Very good breakfast and very efficient staff in breakfast area.
We have stayed here on several occasions in last few years and reception staff always gone above and beyond. This time it was for a birthday treat and staff both check in and check out didn’t really offer the same level of service as experienced in the past - disinterested

The location is one of the most important features of this hotel, it is located close to Piccadilly train station and the downtown of Manchester.
The facilities are fascinating and staff were so great specially Aarushee and Jose they were so kind and helpful when we need them
It’s for sure that me next stay in Manchester will be here if get the opportunity.

Location ideal for shopping and within walking distance to Piccadilly train station. Clean , lovely staff and the breakfast was lovely too. Will definitely be back.

Room size and facilities good. Twin single beds for kids. Nice tea and coffee facilities
Puddles of water on the window sill in the morning of decent size, clearly a leak from the an area of wall at the top of the window and plaster is missing exposing underlying materials.
