Check in was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and the hotel is situated in a great location.
The bathroom looked a little shabby and could probably benefit from a bit of an update. Grouting on floor tiles was missing in some parts and the bottom of shower cubicle was scratched and discoloured.

Location, room was nice, everythings was clean.
Breakfast - too many people on very limited space, doorlock in bathroom doesn't work, personally I do not like the walk-in showers.

The shower gel//toiletries provided literally make you feel like you're at the vegetable market. On both occasions I've been glad I kept mine in my bag especially when doing quick long weekends.

We've previously stayed at this hotel, so knew what we could expect, and it delivered again.
The location is ideal if you're arriving by train (5 mins walk from Piccadilly station), the check-in process was simple, and our room was just as we hoped. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was fine.
The breakfast is excellent here, and because we'd included our IHG Membership details at the time of booking, a later check-out (Noon) was offered up with no issues.
All-in-all, it was an ideal '1 night City Centre' choice.
