The hotel was clean and well maintained, and breakfast was good with a nice variety. The location is very convenient, close to Manchester Piccadilly Station, with lots of shopping and food options within walking distance. Overall, money well spent and a stay I’d strongly recommend.

Bright and welcoming. Easy check in. Clean, quiet comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Well-priced breakfast and I'm glad there was no 'mood music' at breakfast - many hotels have this and it's usually too loud for early morning.
I'd originally booked a twin room as travelling with my son but ended up on my own and was given a double (though I didn't request it and probably could have changed it easily to a twin if needed).
