Fabulous hotel, clean, modern. Great location 10 mins walk from train station.
Comfortable rooms, lovely shower, fantastic breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Couldn’t fault it… definitely stay again

Good location and the hotel is very well kept. Breakfast options were good and food well cooked and presented.
Booking.com still shows a discounted parking (which isn't the case anymore). However, the stated car car is actually cheaper without any discounts for 24hr since it has a flat rate of 10Pounds.

Very close to Piccadilly station, lovely room, good beds, good shower. Nice outdoor area on ground floor to have a drink and people watch. Would definitely stay again.

It was in a fabulous central location, good parking and easy to find
When we checked in the receptionists were rude, the room had no tea, no milk, and when we called they brought one of everything and there were two guests. It was hot in the room, the kettle to make our one cup of tea to share leaked water everywhere, there was little care put into anything. It cost £140 for one night and frankly could just have been a lot better

Location was good
I asked for a double when I booked 4 weeks in advance, but was give a twin. A twin is useless to a solo traveller. The staff were unhelpful when I raised my issue. It felt like they did not like customers who booked through bookings.com.
The bar felt a bit more like a travel lodge than a holiday inn.
