I like the big room, breakfast was excellent, the staffs were very helpful
It’s in the city center. You still can hear traffic a bit down there but didn’t really disturbing.

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed in a room for 4. This was one of the suites that had an extra bed and a sofa bed. The room was wonderful and the view from the 8th floor stunning. Bathroom was very spacious with separate tub and showers. Beds were comfortable and rooms clean and well maintained. This was much higher quality than Holidays Inns we have stayed at in the US. We had opted to include breakfast and this can warmly be recommended as it was very good with great selection. The location is supergood with just a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly station and also very close to main shopping areas in the city centre. Within walking distance to Etihad Stadium.
Nothing to report - perhaps that the room was so nice that we didn't want to go out :). We travelled in January and the heating was set at quite cold (21C) and turned itself back to that setting automatically even if we raised it. But this was just a minor glitch.

I went with my son and it was a very pleasant stay. Very comfortable and staff were very helpful.
There was a stain on the carpet when we arrived, it look like it was possibly make up. May have been left by a recent guest so I appreciate it may have been difficult to get rid of it that quickly.
The staff were pleasant but I felt we could have been given a bit more information (it was quite brief) without having to initiate it or call reception later such as, where we needed to go to gor breakfast, where to find additional towels and confirm check out time for example.

Clean, central, modern room, comfortable. All in a really nice place and a really nice stay
Poor water pressure in shower. The eco setting is unusable but even “full power” is still much less than you expect in a nice hotel. It’s a bit of a penny pinching look in such an otherwise lovely place to stay.
