The front desk staff were accommodative to our request of extending checkout time. Aarushee from the restaurant provided a requested option for dinner. The beds were super soft. Thank you

I liked that my request for an early check in was considered and the reception staff were really friendly. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was amazing.
The lifts could be operated without using the key card.

Check in process was trouble free with efficient friendly staff. The room was spacious and met all my needs. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice and easy to access, even though the breakfast area was very busy.
Difficult to find anything negative to report. If anything the Wifi could be improved as I found the download speed was slower than I needed. Also the room heat controls didn't seem to react, when I tried to warm up the room, but that could be purely down to my lack of understanding the controls.
