Over all very clean and comfortable, friendly staff and great location it ticked all the boxes.
Out room was located facing the tram lines, which in the mornings where quite loud and you could feel the vibrations, not the hotels fault but something to mention for any rooms facing the trams, also not a deal breaker.

There was a problem signing into the wifi. The front desk staff tried to get us on but the problem was with the hotel connection. Once resolved the matter was fine. But the staff were the best with trying to help us.
There was a problem with the hotel wifi connection which was not informed to us. Communication could have been better in that matter.
