- The style of the room, and the blue lights in the bathroom. - The atomsphere in the bar/food area. - Talking to other guests at the hotel.
- Some of the prices on food menu were a bit steep, but I haven't been to high end hotel before so maybe that's just me.

The hotel was in a very convenient location near Piccadilly station. We enjoyed our evening meal and the breakfast was very good. The room was nicely furnished and we liked the walk in shower.
We had twin beds, as requested, but they were more narrow than expected so we didn’t sleep as well as we had hoped,

It’s in a great location. Really comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good and the staff are very helpful.
The bar/dining area is fine for breakfast and in the daytime but it’s a bit overlit and lacking atmosphere in the evening.
