I couldn't get the heating to work but when I rang reception they were quick to fix the problem and kept me updated. It was a lovely hotel. Clean and staff were lovely and friendly

Location was absolutely perfect, staff friendly breakfast included was a nice bonus.
Cleanliness was not good. Blood upon the sheets on arrival. Human fluids on the curtains. Room very warm and despite putting on the cool air no air circulation or ventilation in the room which with 3 people in made it very difficult to sleep.

It was the perfect location for us for the Trafford centre.
You had to pay for the car park, there is nothing mentioned about that when booking the hotel, I also thought it was a little expensive for food and drinks.
