The room was nice - also with a good firm bed.
Plenty to choose at breakfast time but the cooked breakfast was hardly warm.
Paying for car park.
People coming down for breakfast in their pyjamas and dressing gowns.

Breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful and friendly.
We books for breakfast for 9am. It was mobbed and there weren’t enough seats. You could sit out in the reception area but the tables were so low down to eat from a plate. Why take all these bookings at 9am if there’s not enough seats???

Spacious bedroom and lovely clean facilities. Breakfast as part of the deal is a bonus.
Taking a £50 deposit is not usual for hotels that I have stayed in. This should be reconsidered by the chain and it may make me think twice next time I book.

Very convenient in terms of placement, McDonald's and a pub either side. 5 minute walk to Trafford centre and tram stop. Hotel was relatively clean and quiet. Front house staff very nice. £50 deposit required on arrival.
I left my charger by accident. When I rang to ask house keeping had apparently not found it. I don't like that, there is no need. It was a mistake ok my behalf but no need to take it. Breakfast was ok but very busy even though we had booked a slot, no where to sit.
