The location and food was good
The A/C UNIT not working properly the staff fix it then. A bit later alarm goes off done it twice once when mum was in room for about 3 hours mum 90 years old and can see very well so had too sit with it going off not good

Nice hotel comfy beds and a breakfast
Plates could be better for the fry up as we only had a side plate . Could be cheaper. Only had 2 pillows and a spare would like 2 each and soft .

So clean, the staff were lovely and very organised.
Breakfast was a cluster! No clean tables, staff working hard but couldn’t make any headway with the volume of people coming. Ended up clearing and cleaning a table to have breakfast at, no cutlery clean had to ask twice as food was going cold. More staff needed on breakfast!

Great location for a shopping weekend! Only 3 minutes walk to the trafford centre
There were a lot of stains on our carpet. The room was clean, but the carpets were in desperate need of washing or changing.
