Lovely friendly staff and spotlessly clean
The bathroom extractor being on all night and unable to turn off.
Also the firm pillows were lumpy
It is also advertised as soundproofed and, whilst this was correct from outside noise mostly, you could hear the rooms next door turning lights on and off and their alarm clocks

Close to shops the breakfast and the lovely friendly staff
Drawers to put clothes in, a bath with a shower in it, some biscuits and water for the kettle I didn’t like to fill it from the bathroom so had to buy bottles of water

Straight forward, easy to navigate hotel. Great facilities, had everything you need for a one night stay.
Downside was finding a previous occupants underwear under the bed after my daughter had dropped something on the floor and had to go under to retrieve it

Staff was Friendly and really helpful. After driving from Essex staff was quick and polite on arrival. Breakfast was fine exactly what you expect. Great location for shopping and getting around Manchester.
Having to Pay for Parking was a bit mad as your a paying customer.

The staff were excellent, extremely helpful and attentive. The room was a decent size, with a very good shower in the en-suite bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room overall was what I expected for the price.
The hotel is decently served by public transport and the Trafford Centre is a few minutes walk away, though it is located closer 'as-the-crow-flies' to many local attractions than the journey actually takes on the ground.
There was a problem with the air conditioning controls in the room I was initially assigned in that every so often they would start beeping incessantly. After the first attempt to solve the problem was unsuccessful, the staff arranged for me to move to another room quickly and efficiently.
So the issue I had was not one caused by the staff, but it was resolved by them quite effectively.
