The reception staff, in fact all the staff I had contact with were excellent but special mention for Kelsey and Annabelle on reception. They were very friendly, professional, interested in you and your visit, always looking to go the extra mile for you the customer.
The bed was very comfortable, the room was of a design I had not experienced before but it was very pleasant. The location was good to attend the Test Match at Old Trafford.

The location was ideal for a short walk to Trafford centre and only a short drive to the airport. Clean and comfy room with a decent breakfast included in the price. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were given a drinks token while we waited which was a nice touch. The person at reception was really friendly. Check out was easy.
Some facilities in the room were broken i.e. air conditioning and safe. Parking is an additional £5 which is not expensive however it would be nice for it to be free for residents as the car park is designated to the hotel.

Honestly.... everything! The bed was so comfortable, the duvets were nice and fresh. The Aircon was fab and the staff were so nice! (especially Beth, the girl with the really long blonde hair, and the girl with the really long brown hair)

The staff at this place is truly exceptional and goes out of their way! We arrived way early but were able to receive our room passes straight away. When the AC panel in my room wasn't working, they dealt with the issue swiftly. Rooms are big and modern and really soundproof. Breakfast was really good with plenty of options and the breakfast area was well looked after. Hotel is close to a tram stop.
The only thing I missed was cheese at the breakfast buffet.
