Well appointed room for this level of hotel, very clean, good shower and a very comfortable bed. Plenty of choice for breakfast which starts earlier (6:30am weekdays, 7:00am weekends) than many hotels.
Paying extra £5 for parking seems a bit cheeky.

Great location and modern property. Walking distance to Trafford centre where there’s lots of activities and food. Breakfast was decent and the staff were very kind
Cleaned to a very poor standard. First room we were in smelled of urine. Pretty sure someone peed on the bed or in the corner of the room. Staff kindly changed us- next room the carpet was skim cleaned so that all around the bed was still dirty. Bathroom was also poorly cleaned.
