Good location for shopping and great value for money.
No Double bed available in accessible rooms.
Had to sleep in a separate bed to my wife.
A maintenance guy walked into our room without even knocking! We were in the middle of making love at the time. He stood at the door trying to have a conversation with me-about maintenance work to be carried out which was obviously inappropriate!
I had to ask him to leave and return after departure!!!

The location of the hotel was great, easy walk to the Trafford centre, and walkable to the Bowlers Exhibition centre. The mcDonalds opposite came in handy too.
The room wasnt that cheap for an express hotel, but made up for it due to the location.
All the staff we spoke to were really friendly.
The pillows were really flat, but not a biggy.
The place in general was really clean, however, the stair case carpet was gross, verrrrrrrrrry dirty and looked like it had loads of bleach stains on it. It really needs a clean or replacing (only saw from floor one down to reception level). If you go in the lift though you dont see it and the rest of place was nice and clean.
