Booked this hotel only for Location. The breakfast was very poor . First you cant pay cash . Then you have to pay deposit. But when you check out they will tell me that deposit will be refunded in next 10 workings days

The location was ideal for the Trafford Centre - well within walking distance of- therefore thoroughly recommended. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice for all tastes - recommended. The car parking was only 3 for 24 hours - ideal to leave car and walk to Trafford Centre. This was convenient and very enjoyable 2 day visit.
The signposting could have been more effective- arriving in the dark if wasnt very clear to see. More effective lit signposting would have been helpful particularly as thus was our first visit,

Located close to the Trafford Centre, spacious room.
Sitting/dining area downstairs very basic and not particularly warm or comfortable.
My error when booking not to ask for sofa bed making up, but request for it to be made up or for sheets/duvet cover so I could do it myself not well received.

Everything was easy - staff booked me in within a minute, wifi had no password to connect, did not need permission to have breakfast - everything was made to feel easy. Rooms also had clever design ideas.

The room was clean and the shower was the best shower we have ever had in our lives! Beds were comfy and most of the staff were lovely
We were charged a 50 deposit fee on arrival which we was completely unaware of as it never mentioned anything about a deposit on the website or when we paid for the room! We found one of the staff members to be quite rude and wasnt very polite! The breakfast was a bit short on variety but the things that were there were lovely
