Excellently located within a short walking distance to the Trafford centre, a tramline stop just down the road and with a McDonald’s and pub either side it has plenty to offer!
Would prefer if breakfast ran a little later as ending at 9:30 and 10am is too early especially if you’ve had a late night!!

Breakfast was help yourself, there were enough choices of food, the restaurant was clean. Location was good, pub a short walk away.
I booked a twin room and when we arrived we got told they had over booked and only had a double room available, luckily I was with a friend and didn't mind sharing a bed.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was clean , comfortable and quiet. A pleasant stay all round.
Arrived for breakfast at 9:30 and it had clearly been a busy morning. The food was sparce and didn't look very appealing.

The location was great, close to Trafford centre and easy to get into central Manchester town.
The first room we were allocated had an overpowering smell of stale cigarettes and was not cleaned properly. The moment we opened the door the smell was really bad and even the staff commented that they could smell how strong it was in the corridor without entering the room, whilst the beds were made the room still had used water bottles present from the previous booking. This is completely unacceptable especially as I attended with my daughter for her 16th birthday weekend.

The staff where friendly and helpful. It was nice to see the extra touch where the showers where made available after the marathon and we where allowed the use of the carpark through the day. Nice touches.

I found the reception staff very friendly and welcoming and check in process was straightforward. The room was a good size, bathroom was clean and had a very good shower. The bed was comfy too. I had breakfast each morning and there was plenty of choice. The marathon was on the Sunday so the breakfast room was very busy but I still managed to find a table and all the food was hot. As a lone traveller I felt safe in the hotel and car park. It's a stroll to the tram stop to visit Salford Quays or Manchester city centre and then a further walk to the Trafford centre.
The price of the room doubled on the Saturday which I knew beforehand. It was just a bit expensive.
