The location was fab! We were at an event at the BEC and this hotel was 10 minutes away in an Uber. Brilliant!

Staff where lovely, room was a good size, clean and tidy . Evening meal was lovely. Ideal location to the venue we where visiting.
Paying a £50 pound deposit, told car park was free then getting charged £5 for our stay which was taken out of the deposit. And return of remaining deposit will go into your bank in about 5 days .please put this on booking site as others may not have sufficient funds

My daughter had food poisoning while we were there, not from the hotel food by the way. The 2 guys on the Sunday morning when I went down to reception at 5am were amazing gave me a bottle of coke for my daughter, brought coffee to the room for me as they knew I had slept and a kit for my car to travel home with in case she was sick on the way. On Sunday morning a lovely blonde young lady gave us 3 bottles of water for our travel home. Lovely staff who were very helpful and kind.

Really friendly and welcoming staff; reception, bar, dining room. Great location for the event we were attending. Hotel were able to give us the twin beds we asked for and brought us some more pillows. Great room, comfy, easy to control temperature and nice toiletries!

Perfect for a day trip to old trafford, short distance away by taxi or tram.
Also ideal for shopping at trafford centre, within walking distance
If i was to say anything negative at all it would be the Bar area could be more comfortable

When cleaning the room they did the bare minimum: they just made the bed, traded.toals nada not much else. No vacuuming no cleaning the bathroom nothing...
