Friendly staff, good breakfast
Room very warm! Shower too hot to even get in for me. Was quoted as being £99 but charged £104 on arrival for the stay with no explanation.

The staff were extremely helpful , the hotel was clean and the room had everything we needed. The location was fantastic for the Trafford centre and city centre with metro outside to access the city. We stayed for my hubby birthday and the receptionist gave him a free drinks voucher which was a lovely touch.
It was cold weather outside like -2 and the bar area was cold on the night to sit but just layer up.

Location and convenience. Staff very polite
Room wasnt very clean as previously experienced and breakfast was cold and not much choice. Also not much left and not replenished even 20/30 minutes before end of breafast eventhough we asked, despite the hotel being very quiet. Quite poor unfortunately.
