They took £50 that initital payment they take in case of damages they said you will get it refunded i never got it back!!

The hotel was in a great location for the Trafford centre and easy to find. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly
The only problem we had was the heating in the room but a member of staff helped to rectify it

Excellent location and friendly, efficient staff there was a problem with the aircon (the room was cold due to a fault on the system) but the reception staff were very good in dealing with the issue.
