1st day the breakfast area was not operating to optimum levels. Tea / Coffee machine - one was broken. Just left as too busy.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they took great care to accomodate food allergies.
The one working lift was fast and clean.
The room details were not very accurate. For example, the rooms were not sound proof (we were woken up many times to the sound of slamming doors between 6am and 10am, as well as the sound of our neighboring room being cleaned at ~9am) and the desk was not an area you could sit at with your legs under the desk (because there was a safe under the desk blocking the space for legs).
The rooms were not completely clean (the carpet needing vacuuming, areas needing dusting, the headboards needing cleaning, the ceiling needing cleaning).
Lastly, like so many other hotels, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. It would be better if the shower door design was improved to prevent this, or if more towels were provided to help combat this.

I liked that we could drop bags off early and they also gave us more coffee and milk when asked and was very helpful

It was the same price as other similar style hotels but included in the price was a very nice breakfast. It was walking distance to the Trafford centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We booked a room for one adult and one older child so they made up the sofa bed so we didn’t have to share a bed (would have done but nice not to)

Clean and well maintained, had good facilities, and staff were very friendly, and it was convenient to a lot of attractions!
Could have been a bit more reasonable in cost and more choice for food!

The staff were lovely and the location was great for the Trafford Centre. The breakfast was nice too.
There were 2 damp stains on the bedroom floor and no remote for the tv. As we were tired and just staying 1 night we didn’t complain.
