Wonderful
The Location of the Hotel is a very good one, cool and Cozy.
Great staff members, greeted with big and warm smiles at all interactions.
The breakfast is also very good.
They forgot to get me a body wash as requested I think.
The mattress could be a bit more firm.

The location, just a 10min walk to the shopping centre so handy after a a whole day exploring.
Easy quick check in and out.
Staff really nice and helpful.
Room spotless can't fault it.
A peaceful nights sleep, room facing carpark.
Breakfast was lovely and fresh, happy with the Gluten free choices.
Nothing apart from we found the mattress was abit to firm.

Better price than central Manchester. Handy for the metro link.
Sone residents thought it was acceptable to roam the corridors drunk at 2:00am.

The bathroom was nice + the bed was comfortable
Reception had a good service and was easy to locate the room.
Room was Okay, although could be a lot cleaner than it was. For example the window was very dirty (fingerprints), the carpets had some vomit stains? And the curtains had stains - most likely vomit down them. Didn’t appear to be that clean however it was a good stay.

Staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and professional. We had a twin room which was spacious, & comfortable. The carpet & curtains were a little stained. Apart from that, the room & bathroom was exceptionally clean and well equipped. The hotel is within a pleasant 5 minute walk to the Trafford Shopping Centre. A tram stop is literally outside the hotel if you prefer not to walk. Great hotel, wonderful staff, we look forward to returning.
There was very limited choice for vegetarians at breakfast. However, the breakfast was free so I'm not complaining.

Hotel was spotless, plenty of towels for 3 in bathroom, breakfast was well stocked with a large variety of options. Location is absolutely perfect for travel to united matches and only across the road from Trafford Centre for shopping. After hours pizza on offer is amazing!!!!!

Breakfast was great, buffet with all the trimmings. Location was perfect for going to the Manchester United match and 5 minute walking distance from the Trafford centre. Staff were very polite and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they took great care to accomodate food allergies.
The one working lift was fast and clean.
The room details were not very accurate. For example, the rooms were not sound proof (we were woken up many times to the sound of slamming doors between 6am and 10am, as well as the sound of our neighboring room being cleaned at ~9am) and the desk was not an area you could sit at with your legs under the desk (because there was a safe under the desk blocking the space for legs).
The rooms were not completely clean (the carpet needing vacuuming, areas needing dusting, the headboards needing cleaning, the ceiling needing cleaning).
Lastly, like so many other hotels, the shower leaked water onto the bathroom floor. It would be better if the shower door design was improved to prevent this, or if more towels were provided to help combat this.

The staff were really friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble booked accidentally an assistanted room and they changed it with no problem at all, then the second room the heating wouldn't warm up so the new manger came took good care of us and changed are room and changed are room again I think her name was Lisa or Kerry however she has only been there a month and was going up and beyond to make sure we had a great relaxing stay. Hugh thank you to you all ?

The location was fantastic. The hotel was clean, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean. The breakfast was replenished frequently and was good.
The breakfast buffet could have done with a regular clean, there was crumbs all over the side and dirty serving spoons. The bed was quite firm, but this is down to personal preference. The hangers were very noisy being metal and weren't the best.
