The hotel’s location is perfect for getting around, with easy access to all transport options, and the mall is only a few minutes’ walk away.
However, unfortunately, my overall experience was very disappointing. The room was quite small and, most importantly, had no window at all, which made it feel very suffocating, especially when staying there with my children for five days. The carpets were also very dusty, which caused me to sneeze constantly. I repeatedly mentioned this to the hotel staff, but my concerns were completely ignored.
For the amount of money we paid, I expected a much better experience. Sadly, our entire five-day stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price.
The most disappointing part was our experience with the reception staff. We asked the receptionist to arrange a taxi for us, but she was very rude and unpleasant. At one point, my 8-year-old daughter asked if the taxi was on its way, and the receptionist responded, “You always ask the same question.” This upset my daughter, and although I chose not to say anything at the time, I found the way she spoke to an 8-year-old completely unacceptable.
Overall, while the location is excellent, the poor room conditions, dusty carpets, lack of a window, and especially the attitude of the reception staff made our stay a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially considering the price.
However, I do want to mention one positive experience. The gentleman who works around the restaurant in the mornings, Dammisal
, was very nice, friendly, and professional. He was always pleasant and helpful, and I really appreciated his good attitude and customer service.

Witnessed arguing/fighting in reception between families from different sides of Ireland that was fuelled by alcohol. Might be an idea to consider the unrest between areas when accepting reservations.

Wonderful
I liked how it was close to facilities, and close to the places I needed to be at. We stayed for a competition and it was just suited to accommodate what I needed.
Everything, the stay, the rooms, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Mattress was very uncomfortable.
Room was very tight to move around in when the sofa bed was out.
No storage for bags.

Being given room keys to an occupied room in check in, did not make us feel safe on our stay. 2nd room was not a room I paid for. 3rd time lucky. Paying for the car park when staying was unexpected and no idea why we had to pay as residents.
