Room smelt foisty. No heating didn't work. Had to us a portable radiator.

Good location and great welcome, allowing us to check in early without an extra charge.
Room was very small which made it stuffy, made worse by air con which would only work for about 2 hours before turning itself off. An interrupted nights sleep unfortunately as we both kept waking up hot and resetting it.

Room was clean and comfortable
Restaurant area was a bit clinical. The handle on one of the serving dishes at breakfast was loose and came away in my hand.
The coffee machine was gunged up and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages
