The staff were friendly and welcoming and it was a good location to bars, pubs and restaurants.
My wife said it smelt amazing in the reception area, and it was well maintained.
Our room was a good size for the three of us had what we needed.
The breakfast time was a little crazy with everyone coming down at the same time with little or no seating left.
Food was running out constantly the quality of the food was average.
Having allocated breakfast times and a better quality of food and drinks are needed.

Having booked at the crown plaza several times we we expected similar due to the prices been the same although the bed was uncomfortable the noise in the corridors was ridiculous and the sick stains on the carpet and blood on the net curtains has confirmed we won’t use holiday inn ever again

Good location. Easy walk into City centre and Co Op arena. Efficient, easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean room and well appointed bathroom.
Breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice. Refilled constantly. Fresh fruit on offer too.
The mattress on the bed was on the soft side. We prefer a firmer one. That said the bed linen was good and comfortable.
