Great location, friendly service, and I rate the cleanliness of the hotel—both the room and the bathroom—very highly. Delicious buffet breakfast with a wide selection of cereals, jams, and fruit. This wasn't our first stay with this hotel chain, and we are satisfied with our visit every time.

I liked the location. Right near the shops and tram station. Area was pretty quiet and very clean.
Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Lovely big shower.
I slept reasonably well. Bed was comfortable.
I was able to leave my bag after check out for a couple of hours.
I liked that our room was also ready when we checked in early.
Breakfast was included and was a very large spread. Plenty to choose from.
Breakfast time gets really busy.
Lots of people pushing. At first couldn’t find anywhere to sit once we had our food.

Bed and pillow very comfortable and room was quiet despite busy hotel location. Shower large, modern and clean. Staff extremely helpful and friendly.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Short walk into the main city, spa shop right next to the hotel, and in a quieter location.
The room we had was small for a twin, and it needed a little updating and tlc. But besides that everything was fine.

Breakfast was good but supplies allowed to drop so you had to be quick.
People were taking more than they needed!
The room needed some updating. Wallpaper seams coming away, shower screen needs replacing and one bedside light temperamental.

The location is great! There are nice restaurants nearby, and the free bus (2) took us to the train station.
The staff are super friendly and helpful.
The room was nice.
The room was quite noisy; we could hear everything happening in the hallway.
The breakfast was decent—a half English breakfast—but during busy times, it was difficult to find a free table. The staff were doing their best, but the situation was chaotic, with a lack of clean spoons and napkins, and just a few pieces of fruit available.
The pillows were too high, and the soft ones weren't as soft as expected, which caused neck pain for both me and my partner. When we asked for different pillows, the staff informed us they were not available.
Additionally, the room had a strange smell that I couldn't identify.
