The staff were friendly
The noise each morning. I know it's city centre but the noise outside wakened us everyday. You could even hear the road crossing beeping, think they should invest in thickened glass for their windows.

The location is decent
Extremely overpriced for this kind of property! The rooms are extremely small, we paid 222£‘s a night and I bet this property wasn’t worth more than 70-80£’s/a night at max for a three bed. Premier inn or travelodge are way better options. The breakfast was terrible too!
Very very disappointed with the small rooms and the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the air-con wasn’t working either, so it was indeed a terrible experience.

Breakfast was good always topped up and everything you needed there. room was clean cool and quiet.
paid way over the odds for hotel due to the fact a major concert was happening in the city. we were dropped twice by airbnb so had no choice but to pay. Place itself was great location and room was clean, though we had a disabled room which was fine but if an actual disabled person was in there definitely needed some TLC, tiles broken in the bath room which meant uneven and sharp floor, because broken water leaked out which made floor soaking so again potential hazard.
