Very Good
We really liked the location, the helpfulness of the staff and the situation of the room. It was not a big room but the space was used very wisely. As I also had to work during my stay, the room’s situation was very helpful. The bathroom was spacious and the room was clean.
We thought that the breakfast choices could have been a bit more varied. Maybe a bit more vegetables and cheese could have been added to the more traditional options.

Fantastic location, good room, the aircon was especially nice!
The fire alarm went off at 3am causing a full evacuation (not really the fault of the property, but it did severely disrupt our sleep).
We were given an accessible room where the shower seal leaked and drenched all our towels.
There wasn’t an indication on the website that there was free parking, meaning we spent nearly £50 on parking that was then not refundable. The receptionist was a bit dismissive of this.
At checkout we asked if they were offering any compensation for the fire alarm to which they said no (again, not particularly upset by this, but I can’t rate a stay highly if I didn’t enjoy it)
