Room was large, comfortable and clean. Pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Good central location.
Breakfast was a letdown. None of the food was hot and it was of very low quality, especially the sausages, which were chewy and tasteless. Could hear lots of noise from the corridor in the morning when trying to have a lay in.

Location was ideal for our concert and staff who check us in were friendly.
The bathroom floor tiles were damaged near the shower, the sheets on the bed had a few holes in them. The chairs in the room could do with a deep clean. The cooked breakfast was Luke warm at best.

The soap in shower was empty
When I stay away I like my bed made daily and clean towels if needed. The shower leaked and the bathroom floor was saturated each day.
We were there 3 nights and bed was nkt made once

Amazing place, so secure and safe, rooms are perfect. The bed is so comfy and the heating controls to whatever you desire. So near to St Peter’s Square for the tram. We were late for check in.Two person I don't know their names But they spoke to me very nicely.They were very good person.Especially when we came for check in because we came from London then I asked them if we check out late, they said yes,we can check out until 2 pm.I liked this thing a lot.srnd thing The washroom and room were very good.
When we were sleeping, some one was repeatedly knocking on the door, and some one even opened the door.we were so tired that we couldn't get up.
