Not a lot. Wasn’t clean. Carpet in the room was very dirty and stained

The location and friendly staff.
The pillows were really flat and uncomfortable, they didn't have any eggs at all at breakfast, which was very disappointing. However, staff were very friendly and it was very good value.

The location was perfect and the room was comfy and it was quiet at night
the breakfast was busy with the food not being replaced so parts missing, the lifts are so slow you can wait for so long to get down to the ground floor as they are to busy. The showers are not powerful enough.

Overall the free breakfast is good but one of the coffee machine was out of order and hence it took longer time to get the hot drink
Generally all good but if I need to be picky, would say the bed type offered was not my order which was then fixed after reporting to staff member.
