found my wife's purse which was mislaid by her. Your receptionist handled the situation very well.
car park instructions should be a little more detailed on the introductory email. I ended up paying for 1hour before i found the holiday inn selection, so additional £4.40

The hotel was in a very convenient location, within walking distance of Manchester Oxford Road Station. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the luggage storage service, which made our trip much easier.

Very nice hotel. Staff were friendly and competent. Room was spectacularly clean so well done housekeeping from a former housekeeper. The air con was a lifesaver in the 32+ degree heat. I really enjoyed the big pano window as I was situated on the top floor and gave me a really lovely view of the city life and traffic. Working TV, charging sockets a plenty, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, clothes hangers, towels of both sizes and bath mat, shampoo and body wash are all some of the included amenities and all working and present. Breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of foods, from your typical eggs, bacon, sausage classic English breakfast, to toast, pastries and cereals all available with hot and cold drinks.
The breakfast was a bit bland in taste. Mostly the cooked foods. You could tell they were very basic bulk catering supplied and cooked as was delivered. Maybe a bit of butter with the egg and seasonings for cooked meats would be a nice enhancement.

The staff were professional and welcoming on checking in. Room was comfortable and clean. Location was perfect for travel near Manchester Oxford Road Station.

It was right in the city so easy to move about.
There was no breakfast even though we arrived during the breakfast time. The food provided was very cold. Also so staff members weren't customer friendly.
