Room was great and bed.
Breakfast was poor. Not alot of food even going to the second buffet. Empty dishes and cups everywhere, only one poor lady it looked like to sort everything. Hash browns were stuck to serving dish and tasted dry and like they had been left out of hours. Tables dirty.

Location, good value, easy check in, visually nice rooms and showers. Great breakfast if timed right.
Uncomfy bed and could have been bigger for the room. Bottled water in room even if cost a bit more. Lifts are hit and miss. Need to time breakfast right.

One of the lifts was broken, which wasn’t ideal at the time as everyone was trying to just use the 1, the second one which was available was the staff one, but didn’t tell you what floor it was at so was difficult to estimate waiting times for the lift.

Good value for money, close to the 02 Ritz. Good beds and showers, room has everything you need. Breakfast included was a bonus, good selections available. Can't knock it for the price.

Location to Theatre, cleanliness
Only one lift working so waiting for ages to get to the floor we needed, the breakfast did not taste nice at all very poor. Mattress to soft, bad stain on bedroom carpet.

Breakfast tables were not cleaned quickly enough and the breakfast was not appetising- personal preference but I don’t like self service buffets- would have preferred a room only option.

Some of the staff were really nice.
The guy we saw between like1-2pm day of check in was rude and when we asked about leaving our bags he was a bit abrupt. He just left them at the front desk. They were in full view and access of other guests. The shower kept nearly over filling. The bed was really uncomfortable. One lift didnt work and the there's lift didnt work properly.
