Always a good stay and plenty of choice at breakfast
One lift on refurbishment caused chaos waiting one ping was 5 mins just to go down , also bathroom door lock got stuck on way out needs repair .

Location,Nice bed, Good shower, and Good breakfast.
Breakfast the sausage was quite cold they may want to check that the heating element is working. Or keep an eye on the emperature.

Good location and clean rooms
The sofa bed blocked the access to half of the room. The folding mechanism is complex and needs house keeping every time. When reported to reception of the inconvenience, they could do nothing as it's not possible to ask them to fold and unfold every day ( requires lot of effort and could have something manageable as a sofa bed and not blocking access) + this has to be done before 4pm as they house keeping people leave by that time. We were not able to access the room but that's where to store luggage as well and was a lot of inconvenience with nothing done even after reporting.
There was not much wardrobe space even though it mentioned just three or four hangers as a place to hang clothes with no door. A small fridge and a openable window would have been better.
We were not very happy with our stay this time but a decent one.
