Location
There was a problem with the booking even though we had received a confirmation email that very morning welcoming us. When we arrived there was no booking!!
Eventually they found it and then said we needed to pay, even though our confirmation email said paid in full!!! Staff were unapologetic and we felt like an inconvenience!
Carpet in the room (614) was a disgrace, full of stains.

Comfortable at realonable price
Buffet breakfast was a tad chaotical as i think they were understaffed. Had to wait on mugs to get a hot drink..juice machine only gave out water and jugs of juice remained empty.

City centre,superb location for city break, hotel was fully booked, nothing disturbed our sleep. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast.
There wasn't really a view in our room,the toilet seat cover didn't stay open,needed to hold it. Other than that nothing to complain about.

I liked how central the hotel was and how easy it was to access from the main road, feeling safe that you had to have a key card to be able to use the lift
My key card didn’t work for the lift all my room, my hotel room bathroom flooded at 1 am and all I got to do was put some towels down and they will get maintenance to come when we leave maintenance then turned up at 8:30 in the morning because they thought the room was empty, felt like I couldn’t have a shower in the morning even though we were told we could use the bathroom but the sink was dripping and the floor was flooded. Couldn’t close the door for privacy for the toilet. The beds were very uncomfortable pillows were horrible.

Location was really good , everthing was close by.
They sell the rooms as if they can accomodate 4 adults. which they clearly do not. We were 3 adults and a thirteen yr old. Sofa bed was not suited for two adults you could feel the springs and saged on the middle when you layed on it. Its the worst we have seen. We had to pay for an extra connecting room even though when i mentioned it to staff they agreed that its not suited for more than two adults and the sofa bed is not good. Very dissapointed will not go again for sure and will not recommend to anyone else.
