Staff were really helpful after the stay with all the issues i informed them about the next morning l, the stay was good but things need to be fixed an looked at
I did try ringing at 11.45pm about the problems, but no one at the desk when i had found more after coming back from a concert also no security staff at the door like there was previously the manager informed me she would email booking.com about the refund still awaiting to hear from them about the refund i have contacted them but answer as of yet, hoping it will be today when i hear from them but who knows

Excellent central location, nice entrance and helpful reception staff. Room was easy to locate, had all we needed for one night stay and the breakfast was yummy and fueled us for the day
Not clear on entering the hotel from street level that reception was a floor below, reception staff although pleasant didn’t explain to us that to use the lift our room card was to be put in the slot before selecting our floor number. The beds weren’t the comfiest either so unfortunately didn’t sleep well

Ryan provided exceptional customer service, our room wasnt quite ready despite it being 3pm which is the time the website states check in can start. Ryan made us feel comfortable and offered us drinks while we waited. Location was great, car park down the road. Rooms were clean and modern and no noise from the busy road right outside. Good breakfast.
There did not seem to be enough seating for everyone st breakfast time.

Good location, clean, nice staff, food (breakfast) was excellent.
Not much… I stayed in the same hotel in Birmingham the night before and the toilet seat wouldn’t stay up when lifted… and the one here was exactly the same.

Location, price great for what we needed.
Bed wasn't very comfortable. They offer breakfast but it isn't great at all. Great to have a coffee and a bit of toast but don't expect same as other buffet breakfasts!
