Location
Breakfast was poor not a lot of choice and had to go between two dining rooms to get juice and drinks. No bacon or mushrooms available and little potions of eggs, beans and tomatoes. Sorry you need to have a variety for everyone .
Room was cold during the night and draughty. Was the heating not working properly? Especially for the time if the year.

Great location
The breakfast was none existent at 09:00hrs. I booked three rooms for all of my family including two children and we had to go to Mcdonald's for breakfast as there was no food left. informed the staff who said she was sorry! Not good enough after spending a lot of money on three rooms

The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was ideal it was close to the theatre restaurant and shopping

I will start by saying that this place is great value for the location - it is in central Manchester and in close proximity to lots of bars and restaurants, as well as Oxford Road station. There are ample parking options (we used the Euro Car Parks site, which is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel and when staying, you get 24 hours for £9.50) the room was clean, but not spotless and the beds were comfortable enough. Considering the location right on a main road, it was exceptionally quiet and we were able to rest well. The breakfast was as you would expect for a budget hotel - it fills a hole, but you wouldn't look forward to eating it. Overall, as expected for the price, but very happy with the value.

Breakfast was good.
Booked two rooms with double beds - Only after booking and payment they say that you will try to accommodate! Don't give me the option to book a double bed if it's not going to be available. On arrival we are given two rooms, one disabled room and one with single beds - both not ideal. I'll look to book elsewhere next time. I guess you pay for what you get.
