Location and price were good
I spoke to a lady called Natalie on the phone before arriving to amend a couple of things, she was very abrupt, not welcoming and almost rude how she addressed me. I asked to speak to another member of staff. Other than that the experience was good

The location was really great, close to the universities, and too far away from the city centre. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. It is quite close to Oxford station.
The room did not have a closet (even a small one) to put clothes (there were hangers, but not all clothes need can be hanged). The breakfast was not that good.
