The location was great, local to what we needed and lots of places to visit

I liked the fact the hotel was close enough to alot of stuff such as pubs, shops etc. But not too into the city centre where overcrowding could happen
The lift broke on our first night or was due to have maintenance however no one was informed about this. If we were informed we would have stayed out a little later or gone to the hotel bar.
The breakfast was also cold especially the hash browns. Like triangular shaped hockey pucks with how cold & solid they were.
We did keep getting up in the night. Due to the location of the air conditioning unit. We were quite warm throughout the night.

Very noisy throughout the night - it’s on a major bus route and in a popular drinking area.

The staff were immediately helpful and cheerful.
Room was very nice, bed comfortable and shower amazing.
Great free breakfast and easy check in and out.
Honestly can't think of anything i'd improve for the price I paid.,

Very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic as there were not enough tables for all the clients. However, there was a good variety of food and the staff tried their best to accommodate everyone.

Lovely Hotel but poor operation.
Check in very poor. Booked a double room. Had confirmation earlier in the day. But on arrival was told cant have a double. Then the lady didnt know if i could even have a twin room. Citing it she didnt know if it was clean. She actually then said “i dont know what to do”…. Check in took over 25 mins - made me late for dinner reservations
