Breakfast was good! Bed was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was also spacious and clean. Had a good stay overall. Good if you’re just there for a couple of nights. Didn’t feel like it matched the amount I paid for two nights.
The hotel does feel a bit run down. The lights in the room were very dim and the sofa / desk area was not very clean. Manager was a little rude.

The check-in process was easy, the room was set out well and the bed was comfortable.
The key card to my room kept needing to be reset. There was no housekeeping done after my first night, and the walls are thinner than expected so not so easy to get to sleep if you have noisy people in the room above or next year.

I asked for toilet roll as it only had a little left . I was told 30 minutes. 4 hours later after having to call again it arrived. Very frustrating and disappointing.

Location was great, next to the train line and 5 mins walk to the tram line
The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable it hurts our back, heater was not working, unfriendly staff to assist with heating, and swipe cards are always faulty we even got stuck in the lift and had to press the emergency button!

Location ,price.
Heating not working the room very cold. Electric heater in the room on arrival suggests this may have been a known issue.The heater was inadequate for the size of the room taking several hours to have any effect.Issue reported to reception no communication follow up or solving of the issue.
