Check in with Lydia was brilliant and fast. The room was spotless. Facilities were very good. Breakfast is always amazing! Check out, again with Lydia (please give her a raise!), was fast.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good.
The hotel itself is tatty and not worth nearly £300 for one night. I’ve paid less to stay in much nicer hotels. I got woken up early hours by the room next door which we were connected to by a door soo was really loud slamming doors shouting and music playing. I spoke to reception to dealt with this quickly which was good. I did request for sowmthing to be done as a special request for my husbands birthday which I had an email back to say this had been approved yet on arrival there wasn’t anything.

The kids loved the multicoloured lights in the bathroom! Very convenient for the train station also , all round a decent night sleep.
