The ladies at the reception were very welcoming and accommodating, had a very smooth check in and check out aswell, I highly recommend travellers to stay at holiday in express, the location itself is an added advantage and very close to the train station.

Good location Bed was okay
Asked for a twin room but got a double bed and it was a disabled room as the sink etc was very low to the floor.

The security and night staff were helpful when i asked for dinner recommendations.
It was so cold and the room didnt have anyway you could adjust the heat independently you had to call down to reception as the controls were in there back office and then the heat was only turned on for 15 minutes . I went out for dinner ro return to the cold room again to then call them again to turn the heat on and it took me to be fully clothed, socks duvet, my coat laying ovet the top of the duvet and heating on for 2 1/2 hrs to stop me shivering i ended up with 2hrs sleep where i was so cold.
