Breakfast was quite adequate, room was large and comfortable with a desk large enough to comfortably use a computer.
The bathroom floor didn't drain well, so there were usually wet patches hours after showering.

Was ok for your standard holiday Inn. Staff were really nice at night time when asked for extra pillows and the aircon turning colder.
Check in. The check in says 3pm. At 3pm we turned up and people were queuing to check in up the stairs. Only 1 person was on check in. We waited an hour and 15 mins in the queue to check in.
As we had booked something for 4.30pm we had to do our makeup while stood in the queue to check in and ring to advise we would be late for our booking which meant we could only have 1 hour of our booking instead of 90 mins.
Other staff were sat in the office behind the reception desk, they could see how long the queue was but just stayed sat down and didnt help the poor girl trying to check everyone in. This needs to be better organised when you know how many people you have checking in that day.

It was great value for money with breakfast included in the price, parking was very cheap for Manchester, the staff were excellent, very friendly & polite, we will definitely stay there again

The location was ok. Comfy beds & the shower was lovely
There were only 2 lifts so they took forever
Our key cards didn’t work on our second day & the reception queue was very long

Location and Breakfast
Television in Room did not work, reception offered no solution to fix this. I requested a twin room with 2 single beds, allocated a double. Staff member just said there was nothing else available, fully booked without even checking system. Staff member did say they'd make a note of the television not working in room for check out but again no note and nothing was mentioned on check out.

The showers were great the bed was comfortable
I was kept up most of the night by the noise of guests that went on until half 4 in the morning and I was at a work conference next day I didn’t managed to sleep at all.
The sofas need removing they are dirty and smell bad
