Steven was super friendly and accommodating when we arrived. All the staff we interacted with were nice but Steven went above and beyond :)
The breakfast was a little disappointing but it was good value for money!

It was freezing and the heating didn't seem to work. It wasn't cleaned properly - the same black hair was in the bathroom for our whole stay. A dirty spoon and dirty cup were never removed from our room.

Good location for our needs. Parking within walking distance. 24 hour shop next door.
Breakfast was terrible…we aren’t fussy but it was cold, bland and inedible.
Only one lift working, which for a 10 storey hotel, isn’t good enough. Service lift is open but it’s not well signposted and keeping the staff members from their job.

Room was good albeit no way to open window and felt stuffy. Very clean. Nice quality furnishings. Staff friendly enough. Location obviously very solid. Comfy bed with two choice of pillows. Skipped breakfast so can’t comment on that
Only one lift. Other one broken. Very weird key system with lift. Very annoying - took ten minutes to get to and from room. Especially annoying when key stops working

Breakfast was good although had to look for plates and cuterly
Lift out of order so only 1 working which lead to long waits. There was another lift that staff use that was available to guests but this didn’t stop on the floor for the entrance/exit so you to carry heavy luggage up stairs on check out, stair case also did not go to entrance/exit so on our way out for the evening we had same issue of walking down to walk back up. Chair in bedroom was filthy stained cannot understand why this wasn’t removed no chair would have been better than a filthy one.

Quiet room. Good location for Oxford Road Station and Theatre. Plenty of food to choose from at breakfast.
Orange juice machine added water to your glass then orange juice, very watery. One lift was out of order, so pretty chaotic to get a lift when there are 10 floors and you shouldn’t have to go down the stairs to the reception to walk back up to street level
