Absolutely perfect location for our city centre evening gig at YES. So close to plenty of brilliant bars and restaurants, train station just down the road and if you're wanting to get into central town, it's a short walk. Bed was super comfy and room quiet, brekkie great and all of the staff were very accommodating. We'll definitely be back for future city fun trips!

The staff were very friendly and warm. The location was perfect for my needs. It was also really handy having a microwave for visitors to used!
Unfortunately I found my room a little cold, having to make frequent requests to have the temp tuned up a bit. The same was said for the bathroom. The staff were very accommodating in warming it up when needed.

Really close to the train station, O2 Ritz, the theatre, near to Starbucks, Caffe Nero, Asda, Greggs, 24hr Spar.
The hotel was noisy, inside and outside, people having full conversations in the hallways late at night. The road outside lots of traffic noise and people shouting, singing until the early hours
