Very convenient location on the Oxford Road near the station. Solid, reliable Holiday Inn experience. Room was small, clean and v.comfortable, good temperature control in a heatwave, good quality if not 'fancy' breakfast. Efficient, courteous staff. Excellent value. No complaints!

It's a good place with everything close by I only stayed for the palace theatre which was perfect as it's only 5 mins up the road and same with the train station perfect for me will be staying again and the breakfast was great too

The location was super
When I reserved online gave me options for bed choose king or twin I did choose twin I surprise when I arrived no more Twin why you give me choice. Also there is a sofa bed they said not allowed to use it as a bed

I booked two double rooms, each room for single occupancy. On checking in, I was told we had to take two twin rooms. Nobody checking in before me was given a twin room.
I checked in early, but the hotel didn't have a double room, just twin rooms. I booked early, and was clear about needing double beds in each room. I wrote to the hotel to ask for an explanation. No response.

The property is centrally located, the room size was big. The AC worked very well.
The property was not very clean, there were burn marks on the curtains, the breakfast selection was poor. There was no body soap in the shower.

Decent city centre hotel, good price and right next to Manchester Oxford Road station, lots of places to get food nearby. Room was clean and the bathroom was spacious.
There are no seats in the room and the bed was rock solid, I cant stand a firm mattress and hoenstly my table has more give than it, fine if you like a firm mattress.

Summary: If I were to come to Manchester once more, I would definitely stay again at this hotel. Location: It was a 4-minute walk from Manchester Oxford Road Station. The hotel is literally in the city center. Staff: They were very polite and helpful. Check-In and Check-Out: Both were rapid and efficient. Rooms: For two people, the space was more than enough. Overall cleanliness was high. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning functioned properly. The bathroom was clean and equipped with high-quality material. Breakfast: One must be fair and should not expect a traditional Turkish breakfast buffet in a hotel in Manchester. That's why the breakfast was more than enough, and everything was fresh and tasty.
Maybe a small suggestion: Disposable slippers could be provided.
