I loved how welcoming the reception staff were moshin I think his name was was so happy and pleasant o also was running late for the check out time but I was given extra time for nothing which I was so thankful for

Close to airport, shuttle to the airport.
We ordered a pizza, looked amazing but totally burnt I mean charcoaled base! We just picked the toppings off !

The staff were nice
The family room was dirty, tired, wallpaper falling off, mould on the ceiling. Curtains were hanging off and the blinds were broken. The smell was pungent in the room but couldn’t keep window open as it was cold. I didn’t complain when we arrived as the smell wasn’t as pronounced as windows had been left open, we dropped our bags and went out so didn’t realise the smell u til after midnight when we returned. Hopefully this room won’t be available anymore as the receptionist said it was being dismantled the day after. There looked like there was some double rooms that were nice.

We checked in at 1am and the staff were very and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Its too far to walk to terminal but there was a shuttle service which was only £3. Breakfast was exceptional.

The breakfast, was absolutely gorgeous, everything was fresh , with a really good selection of hot food, cereal and cakes ( the croissant were lovely ) . The coffee was nice and strong, with plenty of flavour not wishy washy. Staff were very friendly and cleared tables quickly.
The bar area, was very busy, and when placing your food order, for your evening meal you had to go to the bar to order your food ( could maybe have had an extra member of staff working ).
