This hotel should list you must be able to drive to get to and from airport as it's across a motorway.

One particular staff member was extremely helpful in the busiest time
The room never warmed up I felt cold, the duvet was not normal winter duvet but a much thinner one , the receptionist had to put me in another room because the flush in the toilet stopped working.
In the next room the flush made the floor shake so bad
I have been staying so many places through the years and I am surprised to still come across this very outdated toilet flush that basically ruins the booking but I was lucky it didn't happen in the middle of the night

it was a very short stay- just overnight but we were able to have a small breakfast at 5 am; the staff was very nice and the location very close to the airport; the room was comfortable with everything we needed
I'd add more options for early breakfast- like at HIE in London where we'd stayed before (they served full breakfast from 3am)

it was very good! we left very early in the morning and they offered to us a very delicious breakfast
The airport was nearby, so it was very convenient to us that we should catch a very early flight.

Able to get food at a relatively late time. The bar area and restaurant were still lively.
Staff were enthusiastic, but over used my first name — somewhat presumptuous and quickly became tiresome.

Breakfast was great; as I had an unexpected bacon bap!?!! I had porridge as well; but was disappointed with that, as there wasn’t a microwave to reheat the porridge once I added the milk in it!

The location was good for our purposes. The in house dining was very convenient, the breakfast was good!
We were assigned an accessible room, with an open concept shower (not an enclosed cubicle) and a very low sink. The shower drain did not work well and flooded the entire bathroom. Unable to change rooms as they were fully booked. They did work on the drain and it was somewhat better the next morning.

The staff member at Reception was just so helpful and friendly; nothing was too much trouble.
The location as we wanted accommodation at the airport, not several miles away by taxi.

I didn't like the bedroom location on the first floor just over the hotel entrance. People would go out to smoke and make too much noise talking laughing and shouting. This even occured at 1am. I thought staff might make it stop but it continued and made it impossible to sleep
