First and last stay at this hotel!
Upon arrival with two young children we checked in and were not given any information on parking and as the car park is situated right outside we didn’t think parking would be an issue as nothing was mentioned when checking in. Staff will argue there is a sign when you walk in, but as most can appreciate when travelling with children, reading boards is not your priority and surely reception staff should check if you have a vehicle to check in and give correct and thorough check in information???
Contacted hotel who which given an email to appeal parking charge, sent two emails to which no response. Just another way to make more money out of customers.

No bath slippers shower screen in bath the plastic one was not clean..none of us used the shower facility for this reason...
