The location - very convenient.
I arrived and the first floor stank of cannabis, my room was dirty as there were spillage marks all over the walls stains in the carpet and the bed sheets were questionable, given the state of the room. There was no TV remote, this was fed back to reception, and the breakfast was lacklustre. The most disappointed I have been with an IHG hotel!
