The price. Proximity to airport. Quick service in restaurant. The food selection at breakfast was decent for price of hotel.
The beds were uncomfortable esp. the couch bed. They had no coke products. The bars, drinks etc. for sale in place of vending machine were not cold. The room was quite cold. The heating worked but wasnt great. The restaurant for breakfast was v. Cold.

The location for the airport was fine, the room had plenty of wardrobe space.There is a kettle and tea bar and the bed was comfortable
Having to pay for parking on top of the room price isn’t friendly, in the room it looked bleak nd cold, the TV didn’t work, the room had a look of tiredness about it

Convenient address a brisk walk from Manchester airport and train / tram / bus station. The staff of at least half of those on duty, I would have on my team due to their above and beyond customer service, eye contact and solution-driven approach

Only issue to us was that at breakfast there was not enough choice .
They didn’t seem able to meet the demand of guests . No sausages or bacon and not enough croissants/muffins being put out to meet demand .
I ended up with just a plate of scrambled eggs when I wanted croissants really

The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The room was supposed to be suitable for a family, but once the travel cot was added to the room, there was hardly any room to move around. The bathroom sink was also mouldy.
