I loved that the beds were comfy,it was easy to check in and the food was good and the staff were friendly.
I didn't like that I had to pay for parking at the hotel as I feel that should be part of your stay as I had already paid for ten days parking at the airport.

I liked everything from the moment I arrived until the moment I was dropped off at the airport. I received communication before arriving about my request for a portable heater in my room, which was brought up to me within a few minutes of arriving.
The room was clean and comfortable with a lovely bed and ample room both in the room itself and in the bathroom. The shower was clean and for once large enough not to bang your arms and elbows on the sides. There was a desk and chair and tea and coffee making facilities with a clean kettle which is often not the case.
All staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful both when I arrived and when I checked out.
Unfortunately I couldn't partake of the breakfast in the restaurant on departure as I left before it opened but very thoughtfully there were items such as fruit juice, croissants and pastries, fruit, and granola for those leaving early.
I thought the shuttle service provided was very good value at £3 to the airport.
The carpets throughout the hotel were clean and the paintwork fresh and free from scrapes and marks.
This is my fourth airport hotel stay and it has been the best by far, and also the cheapest. I will definitely stay here again on any future visit to the airport.
The only downside was the fact that the shuttle service will stop at the end of September and I will be arriving back in Manchester in early October at midnight and I can't be walking at that time of night, so will have to pay for a taxi which is going to be much more expensive.

The hotel was fantastic and staff were wonderful.
I like the breakfast as well. Everything was fantastic but carpet infront of the room needed more care .

The only thing was the location was a bit far from Airport. The area is industrial all are factories, however, there was a shuttle to take you to Airport with little money. You can use general transportation as well .

Clean and comfortable room and the breakfast next morning was great.
It's not as easy to get to from Manchester airport as I thought but not far from a bus stop once we worked out which one to get.

Staff were really friendly, the room exceeded our expectations. Great location to the airport. Easy to check in and out. Our flight was ant 5:30am, so we had to leave very early. Would definitely stay again.

Not much.
Room was pretty scruffy. Wallpaper hanging off in places. Both sets of bedding stained. Strong smell of weed in the corridor. No plug sockets near the beds.
