The hotel is situated perfectly close to Manchester Airport. We were so overjoyed and excited to discover that a lovely member of staff had put balloons and gems on our bed, as we were soon to be celebrating our anniversary. It made our time there so memorable. The room was nice and spacious, also with a really lovely large shower.
All of the staff were so warm, welcoming and friendly that—despite this being our 'pre-holiday' evening—they really left a mark on us. The downstairs bar had a lovely atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was also simply delicious; if you go, you have to try the blueberry muffins (I had put hazelnut spread on them, which made them even nicer!).
Our TV remote was somewhat disfigured with a few buttons missing and dead batteries, but the hotel staff were so friendly and kind and immediately replaced the batteries so that it was once again functional. The rooms did have a few patches of poor cleanliness, but everything else about the stay was so lovely that this didn't really bother us.

The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, front desk, restaurant, bar - all made the effort. This is what makes it stand out from other Airport hotels.
