Love to how close it was to the airport.
The staff were absolutely wonderful and very helpful! The Manager with blond hair who was on reception when we got in after our late flight was very helpful.

Mostly kettle and art was quintessential, opened some questions about life mysteries
Wi-Fi sucked and parsley scent shower gel, after shower my partner smelled like a agricultural labourer . And shampoo was a kale scent. I mean who made this decisions?

Hotel has non air conditioned rooms and it was impossible to sleep at night due to hot weather. Only a single small fan was provided which was not enough

Fantastic staff from check in to check out. The best staff in the Manchester hotel area and miles above the staff at Holiday Inn Terminal two, yes stopped there and was not impressed shall we say, however Holiday Inn Express Runger Lane are the best and this is the hotel to stay at whether you are visiting the runway visitor park like we were or off on a flight or returning or even in the area, this is the hotel to stop at. The morning of check out we had a lovely interaction with a member of floor three housekeeping. Such a lovely friendly lady. Simon and Steven are just wonderful members of staff, Holiday Inn Express Runger Lane employ the best staff and should be so proud of every single one of them! Room was great, breakfast fantastic selection and plenty of it. Great location within walking distance of the runway visitor park and romper pub. We really did enjoy our stay and look forward to staying here again. Very comfortable bed, plenty of toilet roll, exceptionally clean room, great LG TV with plenty of channels, fantastic fan to keep the room cool. Nice comfortable sofa. Easy working lifts,Plenty of storage space. The best hotel and room we have stayed in! Thank you again so much for a wonderful stay.

Ideally located for an easy short journey to the airport. Good selection in the buffet breakfast. Nice comfortable room.
Having to pay £14 for the car park seamed a bit of a stealth tax, would be better if this was incorporated into the cost of the stay.

Quick and easy check in/out. Friendly and professional Staff. Clean and comfy room, shame I only stayed for a few hours.
The bar near the reception is good and the hotel offers a "grab and go" breakfast type (juices, fruit, pastries and coffee) if one leaves before the official opening time for breakfast. I was out at 4 am, so way too early.
There is also a very reasonably priced shuttle service from the hotel to the airport, which is only a few minutes away.
