Everything.
This has become one of our regular hotels in Manchester.
All staff are very helpful and very welcome, and they are very acommodating to our needs.
All the facilities are clean, the rooms very comfortable and the vuews from the hotel are incredible.
The spa and pool are an excellent place to relax during each stay and breakfast us wxcellent with plenty variety of food choices.
The location is also great, by the tram station, close to everything and you can enjoy a lovely walk around Castlefield.
We have had a great experience every time we've stayed there and we will definitely be returning.

Location
Over 30 minutes to check in.
Faulty shower head resulting in a broken and in useable shower leading us to leave the premises early. We was told we would receive points on our app for a free stay in a better room.

good sized room, central location, clean, swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna, bars onsite, football on big screen, decent size tv in room, nice bathroom, all that was needed in room provided. Short walk away from bars and shops that I wanted to go to.
No complaints at all, only small thing that I would change is that I did not like being asked to purchase a room upgrade at check in, if I wanted to spend more money I would have selected a different room at booking.

Excellent location close to multi storey car park but I used the train so two mins walk from Deansgate station exit. Very spacious rooms and well nice bathroom with view of the city. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again.
