Wonderful
Excellent stay for my husband’s birthday. Had cocktails at Cloud 23 which was a lovely experience! Cleanliness, staff and breakfast were all excellent! Would highly recommend and will stay again! ?

When we went To Top floor for a drink they told us we only had 15 minutes couldn't really understand this, then when we Orderied our drinks they took 15 mins for the drinks to come,

Very disorganized, very poor customer service. Our integrity was constantly questioned due to a Skelton crew during the holidays that clearly did not want to work.

Great Location, modern hotel, great breakfast.
The king bed was small and not comfortable at all.
One day in my stay the water was cut from 10 to 16, which is totally unacceptable in hotels

I enjoyed the food, customer service and comfortable bed. Also loved the city view!
Quite a few things were broken on arrival which I didn't expect from such an expensive hotel, heater was not working, sink got blocked after minimal use and telephone to contact the helpdesk had been disconnected.

Nice room and view
The room service pretty much shuts down at 10 pm. 10:30 I wanted to order food and the only thing they offered was a margherita pizza.
The breakfast was ok but I ordered an omelette which never showed. I reminded the staff twice and they said they d bring it to my table. After 1 hour I gave up and left..all in all not what I paid for

Great place good location spacious.
Staff were excellent
The large desk in my room has a TV on it I was unable to use an HDMI cable to connect to it though.
I had cause to go behind the desk as the cable cameout of the back and it was VERY dirty
