I was very disappointed with this hotel. I booked it expecting a true 5-star experience, especially after paying £180 per night, but it felt more like a 3-star hotel.
The positives were the location and the staff. The location was excellent, and all the staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere was also peaceful, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself did not meet 5-star standards. The room was not very clean, the facilities looked old and worn, and many basic amenities you would expect from a 5-star hotel were missing. There was no soap, toothpaste, or slippers/flip-flops provided, which was very disappointing.
To make matters worse, the hotel charges an extra £40 for parking, which feels excessive considering the overall experience.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. The great staff and location could not make up for the poor quality of the hotel itself, and I don’t feel it offered good value for the price.

The view and the location, room was spotless. Rooftop bar was very nice
Unfortunately the shower wasn’t working in the morning, the staff downstairs were aware and were looking into it. Apparently the issue affected more than one room

good sized room, central location, clean, swimming pool and jacuzzi, sauna, bars onsite, football on big screen, decent size tv in room, nice bathroom, all that was needed in room provided. Short walk away from bars and shops that I wanted to go to.
No complaints at all, only small thing that I would change is that I did not like being asked to purchase a room upgrade at check in, if I wanted to spend more money I would have selected a different room at booking.

Excellent stay for my husband’s birthday. Had cocktails at Cloud 23 which was a lovely experience! Cleanliness, staff and breakfast were all excellent! Would highly recommend and will stay again! ?
