Gym too small for occupancy and pool area tiles looking tired for such an otherwise near perfect hotel.

When we went To Top floor for a drink they told us we only had 15 minutes couldn't really understand this, then when we Orderied our drinks they took 15 mins for the drinks to come,

Good location
Poor security. People screaming in corridor at night. Staff were not very friendly. Issues with water supply. Gym roof fell in with a leak.

The heating didnt work and breakfast was cold. The carpets was dirty and look like theyve fitted them themselves
