It was very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room wasn’t quite ready as I’d ordered an amenities package so we were given a free drinks voucher

the view
I came here for my 18th Birthday with my boyfriend, However i was really disappointed about the stay. The rooms were reasonably clean. On arrival i had to pay an extra £30 for a city view, but when i booked it it was already included. The staff are so rude! Felt hurt the way i was spoken to. For £230 a night is ridiculous for what we were given. So disappointed. will not be returning

Very clean, warm and spacious. The customer service was amazing, and we were well looked after by the staff, even getting a free upgrade for my freinds birthday!

Front of house staff knowledgeable and friendly good spa facilities staffed again by a friendly team.
This is my 2nd visit, and on this occasion, there were a number of children (under 16) but more like aged 6 to 8 who had access to the jacuzzi area, I'm not against children using the facilities but they were loud & were not appreciative of other guests, the Parents or otherwise seemed dismissive despite intervention by two members of staff. As a suggestion as in other hotels I have visited maybe a booking system or have specific hours alloted for families. Also the Room we were in 1608 was looking a little tired.
