The view from the bedroom was amazing.
Up on arrival in reception a man was kicking off calling everyone rats police had to be called twice what I know off that night, Bathroom was dirty had to call reception, they came up and wipe it down with a piece off tissue no cleaning products to hand, in the bedroom there was some sort off sauce squirted up the walls and sides, the room clearly wasn’t cleaned beforehand, the money i paid for the room it really wasn’t good enough

Clean room, great looking and well lit building. Really good location, you're right on Deansgate and there are tons of bars and restaurants within minutes of walking. We had a great view of the city from our room too.
Bathroom was pretty dated and some of the facilities in there were really strange to use, the shower and sink particularly. The gym was tiny, I guess fine for a quick workout on a trip but not very well equipped. The lifts were tiny and the hotel very busy so that was a bit of a hassle getting to and from the room.

Great location, tram stop just outside the hotel. Very good breakfast. Facilities and staff all really good.
The bar at the top of the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t go there for a drink, it’s worth pre booking.

Great to spend a couple of nights at the Hilton, Deansgate - superb location and facilities.
There was a problem with the fridge in the room not working, which just took a while to sort and ended up meaning that the room was changed - took a good three hours of relaxing room time which wasn’t ideal but everyone was doing their best to work around.
