The Hotel was in a very convenient location, and the facilites were very good.
I didnt think the room justified the price. Maybe it was based on the ammenites (pool etc) and breakfast which was excellent.

Amazing location next to metro and bus stops. Breakfast was lovely- loads of choice and lots of things you wouldn't normally see in hotels. We were there for 8 nights and could of had a different Breakfast every day. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Pool lovely a lot bigger than I thought plenty big enough for a proper swim and was quiet every time I went.

Nice hotel with a good location Breakfast staff very friendly.
As a non native English speaker it was a problem to understand those of the staff that spoke with heavy foreign accent. The person who checked us in was unintelligible. Speaking like a record.

Room was too cold with A/C on, and too hot with A/C off. Couldn’t adjust the temperature on the control unit. In fairness, I did not report the issue to the staff as it was really only a problem on our second and last night

Great location and the staff were friendly and professional
The rooms are a bit tired and could do with a refresh, air conditioning was broken in my room and it was a very hot weekend. The staff were great in providing a fan and an engineer attended and tried his best to improve the situation but the room was still uncomfortably hot.

The location was very good for our requirements. The room was clean and quiet, we did have some complications with finding out how the lighting worked and if we needed to use the room key/card.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

Room wasn’t the cleanest , stains on the pillowcases , curtains , dressing table and also coffee stains on the carpet - due to this it wasn’t worth the money

I paid for an Executive Plus room. Light bulbs were out and the room was just old and tired even the bathroom did not live up to the photos as a separate bath and shower was what I wanted but the shower just trickled.
The room did not live up to the photos and online description. I did stay there a number of years ago as I was an Hilton Honours member I am now a Radisson Premium member but unfortunately the Radisson Manchester was booked. My wife was disappointed as it was her birthday special occaision.
