I enjoyed the food, customer service and comfortable bed. Also loved the city view!
Quite a few things were broken on arrival which I didn't expect from such an expensive hotel, heater was not working, sink got blocked after minimal use and telephone to contact the helpdesk had been disconnected.

Nice room and view
The room service pretty much shuts down at 10 pm. 10:30 I wanted to order food and the only thing they offered was a margherita pizza.
The breakfast was ok but I ordered an omelette which never showed. I reminded the staff twice and they said they d bring it to my table. After 1 hour I gave up and left..all in all not what I paid for

Great place good location spacious.
Staff were excellent
The large desk in my room has a TV on it I was unable to use an HDMI cable to connect to it though.
I had cause to go behind the desk as the cable cameout of the back and it was VERY dirty

Was refused check in due too rooms full but was told too leave the hotel rather than being helped and advised by the hotel manager on shift
My hotel booking was confirmed by the hotel only a few hours before I was due too arrive I even sent a message saying I am due too check in at 1130/12 as my train arrives from london at 1120 and this was all confirmed- when I went too check in I was comforted by a rude hotel manager who refused to let me sit in the hotel lobby too try and arrange another hotel being even though it's his legal duty too help me after the hotel confirmed by booking
That that night I had too stay awake all night walking the streets of manchester as I was unable too book another hotel due to the crazy time they refused check in
I had all required documentation- was visiting for the man united vs arsenal match
I hope booking .com can help me with making a formal complaint about the hotel as the service I received was the worst I ever have

The location is excellent — right in Deansgate, within easy walking distance of the city center, shopping areas, cafes, and restaurants. It’s also very convenient for exploring Manchester’s main attractions on foot or by public transport. With comfortable beds, good amenities, and such a prime location, it’s a great choice for both short visits and longer stays in Manchester.

UK is a multicultural country which welcomes everyone
They should offer shatafa option for Muslims (may be complimentary or for a small charge)
No harm is putting more water bottles (or may be tap water jug)
A coffee machine with few capsules on the house

Awesome location, nice view, hot tub and pool in working order.
The furniture, particularly where the TV stands, looks grotty. Like someone spilled Coca-Cola and someone turned the glass around. It was a sore view on otherwise well appointed room.

No plugs next to the bed. We booked high floor and when we checked in we was assured that they will be plugs next to the bed. There were ants in the bathroom.
