Big comfortable bedrooms. Great location, fabulous views of Manchester. Staff exceptionally helpful and polite.
The lifts are a pain - have to wait ages for them and arrive too full.

Lobby area pretty and welcoming.
The room was dated, lots of wasted space. Bathroom small for size of room. Lots of dust around the bed. No plugs near the bed but hotel description states there were. Room service unavailable when we arrived back at the hotel at 23:30.

The rooms are really outdated. All the furniture is scratched and damaged. The carpets are a mess. Everything is broken in the rooms.

Facilities are rooms are comfortable. Great views!
The food wasn’t great — the meal in the bar area was £80 for two people and everything was cold. The fish cake undercooked. The room service was terrible, we couldn’t eat the food, they didn’t listen when we asked for no hot sauce on the chicken and the chicken wasn’t cooked through. Breakfast was good.

The hotels rooms were spotless, spacious with lots of additional extras such as water, dressing gowns etc. Huge TV and work space. Beautiful restraunt with delicious food and healthy options. Great size pool.

The location and staff were excellent. We had a lovely breakfast and also enjoyed a great afternoon in cloud 23.
One of the lifts wasn’t working and we had a long wait to use these each time. The shower head also didn’t stay straight in the holder so you had to hold it to use it otherwise it pointed at the wall.
