Wonderful
Very comfortable room with a great city view, brilliant location.
Nothing much, other than the parking is not on site and despite being adjacent to an NCP, it should not claim to have parking.

Breakfast was good the beds were comfortable and the shower was good
The prices in the bar were disgusting. £38 for two doubles. You can buy 2 litres of spirits for less than that. The room had a damp smell in it. Tiles in bathroom cracked

Location is good, close to the exhibition centre and only 20 min walk from Manchester Piccadilly. Breakfast is very good.
Rooms look tired.
1) carpet is very much 80’ style, pls remove carpet with a different material
2) no plugs close to the bed is very negative point
3) I noticed a luck of attention to details: some chips on the bathroom door, a clear sign of some previous device attached on the wall in the bathroom, no courtesy light in the bathroom
4) bathroom have no window and no air extraction

Staff was very rude! I travelled 3 hours to stay here and when I arrived they refused me the room due to me having cash only. I did call before arriving and I specifically asked can I pay cash and the staff said YES. My birthday too so was absolutely devastated and by the time I managed to find another room it was 11pm too late to go out for food ect.
