The hotel wasn’t prepared for an except weekend, in the main we tried to get lunch at 1.30 in the podium l, dishes we wanted had all gone except for poke bowl. However later on people had those dishes-odd

First time to manchester and lovely stay. Very pleasant staff. The 2 free drink voucher on arrival was also a nice suprise!

Loved the location
When we arrived it was a double bed it shud have been twin , 2 ladies im 60s with bad arthritis and 1 had to sleep in a put up bed most uncomfortable e nights ever , also was disappointed the restraunt was not available for us to eat it was more snacks than a meal

The location and it was quiet considering the trains & trams close by
The cloud bar was a little dated, the carpet needs replaced, looks like the furniture & fixtures hadn’t been changed in years, the pool area looked dated also

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-presented, with a really nice view which added to the overall experience. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of options to choose from.
The location was convenient, and having access to Cloud 23 was a great bonus, it’s a nice spot with a great atmosphere and views over the city. Overall, the hotel itself felt modern and well maintained, which made for an enjoyable stay.
The staff were not very friendly and often came across as quite moody, which made the overall experience feel less welcoming than expected. Customer service didn’t match the standard you’d expect from a hotel of this level.
The drinks were also quite expensive, particularly at the bar, and didn’t always feel like good value for money.
At times, the atmosphere felt a bit inconsistent, while the hotel itself is nice, the service and pricing took away from what could have been a much better stay. Improving staff attitude and offering better value on drinks would really enhance the overall experience.
