Good location and breakfast was excellent.
Stayed in room 518, There was a loud noise coming from the floor above (sounded like drilling) which I reported twice to hotel staff who said they’d investigate but nothing was done about it. Barely got any sleep as noise was present all through the night

Central location
The room stank really badly - it was musty, smelt old and uncared for. The general fittings of the room esp bathroom, and the hotel as a whole, seem very jaded now. The bar area on the ground floor used to be lovely but now it looks more like a basic coffee shop or canteen rather than a premium city centre hotel bar.
