Check in was lengthy and later that day the queue to check in was huge.
Room was not clean in some areas. Fittings damaged.

Lovely hotel, really welcoming staff in a lovely area in central Manchester, with city views from the rooms. Great sound proofing in rooms, nice food in hotel and good facilities
Only a small thing but bed was squeaky, so every time I turned over I woke myself up! Also only having scrambled eggs at breakfast
