Shared bathroom not clean or with standard amenities, a male staff made me feel very uneasy as he seemed to try to to chat me up

We stayed until 11:30am which was half an hour late, the man told us check out is 10:00am so we are 2 hours late when I got home I checked what it says and booking.com because I was sure it was later than that and its actually 11:00am check out so he made us pay 20 late check out fee but it should have only been 10 as says on the hotels booking.com description.
Then we also had to pay for parking which they told us 12 which is absolutly fine but why does it also say 5 on the description aswell?
I think the description prices need updating or something?

I didn't enjoy my stay here infact I wanted to leave it was uncomfortable, dirty and not what I was expecting for the money so disappointed. My room was so dirty public hair and crumbs in my bed I was down graded so disappointed with the way this was managed

The parking was bad. Toilet had a blockage and they didnt want to clear it. But to be fair they gave us an en-suite room upgrade for free so didnt complain.

Beds nice and clean. Comfortable. Staff lovely and very welcoming. Good bus route in to city
Rooms badly in need of cleaning. Lots of dust. Fluff on floor. Need painting badly. Lots of big marks and stains on the walls
