From being welcomed to the saying goodbyes. Staff very helpful, smiley and nothing was ever too much for them. Great location, hotel spotless and lots on offer for food/snacks and drink (soft & alcohol). Rooms had ample of room for us- 2 adults 2 children (older).

The location and cleanliness are quite good.
The receptionist seemed to be working under duress. One of the lights in our room wasn't working (they offered us another room). We had requested a room upstairs, but they gave us a ground-floor room. Breakfast was inadequate.

Everything was ok, especially want to praise the staff they were amazing all very helpful and smiley, especially the lady who helped us check in she was so kind and lovely. We'd definitely go back to this hotel.
