On arrival, we were greeted by a very polite and helpful young lady who gave a warm welcome and great insight into our needs the following day (best route and way of getting to Man City stadium). Property of a good standard and breakfast was lovely.
Nothing. Have stayed there previously and would definitely stay there again.

It was very easy to book and no issues on the reception.
Went to just rest nothing else. Breakfast was fine as I was not aiming for these things anyway. Did enjoy and will go again, no issues.. thanks

Basic hotel, didn’t sleep at all, pillows low quality. Kettle and hair dryer didn’t work, although kettle was replaced in asking. Limited evening menu. Breakfast good, staff really welcoming and friendly.

Easy check-in and good location for us. Most of the disabled facilities were good
Toilet was not a 'comfort' toilet, which it should have been for a disabled room.

The actual hotel had excellent facilities for a budget hotel, the staff were charming friendly and helpful. We were able to park our car and leave it there until later on the day after we had checked out.
Sadly the food we had for dinner was not good, dried out chips and peas and a very average pie.

Fantastic hotel. Great location. Staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Price was great with the added bonus of a free breakfast which was great.
