Disappointing
The staff at reception was friendly
After a long day at work I was very disappointed to come back to my room and find all the dirty cup still there the towel hadn’t been change only 2 t bags was available for my two day stay they hadn’t been refilled.
The room was shown wear and tear hole in sofa bed .
When booking this hotel the price stated £25 for my dog but was £30 when arrived .
To be honest if I travel to Manchester again I will probably look for else wear to stay .

Everything was great with the room, staff & breakfast - good value for money.
The room may have been a little warmer on arrival but soon warmed up.

Staff were lovely and friendly, the breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, the room was clean and the car park is free. Short distance from Co-op Live in a taxi.
No plug sockets near the bed and the pillows were a bit hard

Room was comfortable, free parking, central to our needs. An elevator, always welcome.
Breakfast was great but dinner took over an hour. We did get a drink voucher in apology.

I loved that I was able to stay with my dog. I had travelled from my home in Northumberland to be with family members who've suffered a serious health scare and could not arrange kennel care for my dog at short notice - it has been a Godsend to be able to stay here in Gorton, especially at such a wonderful place for great walks around the waterside.
I also appreciated being able to order food to be delivered or use the microwave oven for an evening meal.
The cooked breakfast was very welcome and substantial.

I've been very happy with my stay and will definitely stay again. The only things I think could be improved, and these are very small niggles;
•Some more salad or green veg with evening meals,
•Better choice of beer - not everyone enjoys lager!
**A sweeter fruit 'compote' option at breakfast,
PLEASE!!: It looks delicious but is actually extremely sour/acidic/sharp - even to me, an elderly person with a taste for some tangy fruit and yogurt! It was an unpleasant shock to my tastebuds - I also noticed many other abandoned dishes of it! Such a waste of food and such a disappointment to eat.
