The room had complimentary shower gel, shampoo, hand wash and even toothbrush and toothpaste as I forgot ours
Small room, no air conditioning, bin wasn't emptied, sofa bed wasn't made up for arrival (this got rectified), not enough towels (again rectified). Breakfast was overcooked and lukewarm and limited choice for dairy free child.

The room was nice and comfy, with plenty of parking. Close to a park which was nice.
The shower was a wet room; water went everywhere, which wasn't to our liking. The general area location was a bit of a let-down, semi-industrial.

Breakfast was better than expected nicely cooked and everything was fresh and enjoyable with a wide choice
The spare sofa bed wasn't the best for comfort could be updated to make it more pleasant to sleep on ,but over all the room Was clean and comfortable

The staff, all smiles and helpful.
The bedrooms, comfortable beds, very clean , good shower room with decent toiletries. Plenty of free parking.
Full English breakfast included
My only niggle and it wasn't such a big deal, but the scrambled eggs at breakfast, either dried eggs, or over cooked and the orange and apple juice were not the fresh type.
