It was the cheapest I could find for a last minute stay. Parking lot looked safe, monitored and well-it. I would not stay here again though
My room smelled like smoke the entire 2 nights I was there.

Breakfast was awesome and staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't fault anyone.
Room was fantastic and clean and heater worked so well.
Toilet was well cleaned.
I love the room and environment.
I requested for a double bed but 2 singles were placed together but not covered up to form a double bed as requested which I only find upsetting but i didn't complain about it cos it was only a night.

Difficult time to get to hotel from Gorton train station. It was dark out & I had no idea, whatsoever how to get to this hotel. Luckily, there was a hardware type shop after I left the Gorton train station & the shopkeeper was nice enough to telephone a taxi to the hotel. Hotel was clean, staff friendly, beds comfy & lovely breakfast.
Perhaps a mention online to only take a taxi to this hotel & not the train; as I was in the boondocks & had no idea how to get to the hotel via foot!

Staff were exceptional and very helpful / friendly. Checking in was quick and smooth, sorted out our car parking fast. Breakfast had a huge variety of options from hot breakfast, to sandwiches, to toast spreads, to cereals and granola, to yoghurts, fresh fruit and bakery goods.
Lots of attention to detail and making you feel valued. There was stickers in the bathroom saying if you'd forgot toiletries the hotel would happily provide them which is thoughtful. You get a kettle with tea and coffee. Not sure if the bathroom tap is drinking water as wasn't any signs.
The lift feels unsafe, Everytime we used it we were nervous and thought it'd go wrong. It jumps up and down a lot, opens whilst moving, seems very flimsy or on its last legs.
The hallways smell a bit musty but it comes with a lot of chain hotels really, might be the heating. The rooms didn't have the smell, they smelt clean.

Pretty well everything. Staff were super-friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking and good location for our needs.
Personally I'd have liked a proper coffee machine, not Nescafe. My daughter would have liked lactose-free cow's milk not oat/soy "milk". Not huge matters but England in general doesn't seem to do lactose-free milk as Australia does. But we weren't expecting a Hilton after all.

We really enjoyed how clean, quiet and comfortable the room was. It has super blackout curtains so we had the best sleep. It was nice having tea and coffee facilities in the room with a kettle. The breakfast buffet was really good, offering a cooked English breakfast, yoghurt and cereals and pastries. It was really helpful that they could help out with complimentary toiletries and gave us toothpaste when we forgot ours at home. It was a lovely stay.
