Disappointing
The hotel was very clean. And the staff were lovely.
We were put into a very small room. No bath and facilities were very limited. I did like the fact you could get things if you have forgotten to bring with you. But we were put next to an adjoining door next to very loud women who kept us up all night until five o'clock in the morning. Which is very frustrating considering the room was £160 and wasn't the room I requested while booking.
I wouldn't stay again to be honest. I've left more tired than arriving and desperately needed a break and sleep. But hearing a bunch of women screeching until god knows what time.

Staff were welcoming and polite.we changed our room with no fuss to be closer to the lift. The room was spotless and had every thing we needed..

Clean, good breakfast provided, nice location on edge of city centre and close to buses.
The mattress was a bit dated and sunken a small bit. This is common in all hotels but it’s something that hotels should be more serious about, is replacing mattress’s more often because it really takes away from the hotel when you sleep on a bad mattress.

Had a lovely two-night stay with my family. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety. It was easy to catch a bus into Manchester city centre, and having a McDonald’s nearby was convenient for a quick meal. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. We would happily stay here again.

If I want to be a bit picky the harsh brown was not well done and the tomatoes not grilled or cooked enough, felt it is been rushed to service. Otherwise I can not fault it . Staff were very respectful and helpful

Easy check-in and friendly staff. The room was as described, clean, and comfortable for our two nights. Basic amenities but that was all we needed! Breakfast and the restaurant were good. A handy place to stop overnight when travelling or attending an event and not needing any super particular.
The location was a little out of the way but Ubers were cheap (in comparison to London) and easy to find into the city. There is also a bus stop nearby however we did not utilise this.
