Friendly and helpful service, very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Very handy for the bus into the city
The drainage needs to be looked at in the wash hand basin and the shower.

Wet carpet in room, breakfast starting at normal weekend rate when it’s marathon weekend and everyone paid £235 disgrace

Sometimes the fire alarms go off when guests smoke or use hairdryer and that can be annoying.

The whole experience was fantastic; the staff were lovely and exceeded my expectations. They definetely went the extra mile and provided me with everything i needed to a pleasant visit.
The bed was too small for us. The hotel should have king size beds available as we found the double bed too small.

The staff were so lovely. Did everything they could to help us inc late check-in, sorting the parking and giving my daughter a first aid kit
The breakfast wasn’t great but same in all H In Express - instant coffee and cheap food
