tiny tiny room and not much privacy between bathroom & room. The bed was also incredible uncomfortable.

Location, price and option for late check-out
Room needed a bit more hanging space, and luggage storage (under bed or high shelving) as rooms are quite small, our two large suitcases were fine for storing but the two cabin bags had to stay out and ended up in the way along with some clothes shopping.

Simple small room, for short stay and clean. Staff helpful to move room when there was an issue with noise from pipes on certain floors.
On some floors the pipes were noisy and road noise made it difficult to sleep

The room was very small, didn’t expect loads of room but there was nowhere to store clothes other than two built in clothes hangers.

Mattress was an old fashioned spring version, uncomfortable.
Memory foam mattresses required.

Can with young daughter, rooms was better then expected . Aircon unit was a life saver as it was extremely hot when we was staying. Vendor machine / coffee good location. Lots there staying for a gig but noise levels was good.

Value for money and well-located for Piccadilly station, the town centre and eateries.
The mattress wasn’t particularly comfortable and the double room would have been tight for 2 people.
