Very Poor
Nothing, it was like a shoebox. I would recommend it if you’re staying one night and if the price it’s good. But there was nothing else that I could recommend.
It was dirty, the facilities were broken, the bathroom door has a hole so you don’t have privacy, the roof has holes as well. At night you could hear everything and at morning too. The elevator was broken. You couldn’t take a shower because the drain was broken or full with hair of you better know who so you had to take it in installments because you could flood the bathroom. Also the towel was dirty.

Poor
Good location, AC worked fine during hot days. A free early check-in was possible.
The staff wasn’t the nicest. Our room was on the 4th floor (90+ stairs), but the elevator didn’t work. The room is okay but the bathroom is very small with barely any space to move around. There were only two towels in the room, nothing to dry our hands with or lay on the floor to get out the shower.

Wonderful
We dropped our bags off in the room, left to watch the England match, came back and showered/slept and checked out the first thing in the morning.
For around 55pounds we could not have wanted more and it was the perfect price.
I would be very disappointed IF I had paid the 200+pound price that was being asked for the weekend though.
The room is basic BUT it is clean and the beds were comfortable and the linens were crisp.
We were in the basement level so you do see the feet walking on the street.
The location was easy to find and was close to many places to eat and drink.
I stayed in the location in Belfast and was very impressed with that location.
Again, I have no complaints for the purpose of our one night stay with the price.

Wonderful
Room was functional. cleanliness was excellent. bed was comfortable and the linen clean and fresh smelling.
Property owners always forget about curb appeal. street had a load of wheely bins on it this made the street look grim.

Location, clean and quick service. The room was clean and really comfortable! The location is easy to get to from the train and all the great coffee shops, pubs and food options are in easy walking distance
Loved it all!!

Pleasant
Yes but not worth the amount you pay
Very tiny room ,it was soo congested and claustrophobic
They mentioned sound proof but it wasn't.
There was no space to put our small bags so we had to keep that in the side of bed
The television wasn't working raised to staff the morning staff (a lady) didn't mind when we mentioned
The night staff said we will sort thing in the morning so I thought they may reduce the cost or give anything complementary they didn't gave.
Over all my experience was between 'bad and not bad'
Not a good choice if you are a couple

Pleasant
The guy on Reception was friendly, and the place has a nice look/vibe when you walk in.
There was a lot of dirt on the mirror wall directly next to the bed. Lots of filthy hand prints, make up that had been smeared on, and generally mucky stains.
Although I appreciate that this is a budget hotel, at the very least I'd expect a couple of drinking glasses for water, but there was literally nothing provided. So I ended up having to go to the sketchy 24 hour Spar shop nearby to get a drink.

Good location
There are no photos of the bathroom on the booking website, it is a glass door en-suite bathroom with no doorknob or privacy

Very central, just a 2min walk to a vast range of shops, clubs and eateries
Basic room so no tea making facilities, but was disappointed with the pillow as not very plump and only one provided

Clean and comfortable
Room was really small, not a lot of space for cases etc.
£10 charge to store cases is shocking, I’ve never been charged for this service anywhere else.
