Good location. Bed was firm and pillows were good.
It was like a storage facility. Soulless. Tiny rooms like cells. A lot of noise from other guests and the car park behind the hotel. You can hear your neighbours either side.

Good location. Room fronting the street was nevertheless quiet and nicely darkened at night.
Basically a box in a corridor of boxes. Ours had full height of the building, others dont. No chair. No kettle. No surfaces or shelves to put anything on, so everything had to go on the floor. Bathroomwas a small box insert to the room. Drinks available for purchase in lobby. Hot water £1.00!!!!

Staff were great, room was clean and had comfortable beds
The bathroom situation in the room. I was sharing a twin room with a friend, the door and the entire wall of the bathroom facilities are made from lightly frosted glass, so you can still pretty clearly make out the outline of everything going on in there. There were also fairly large openings in this arrangement and no extractor fan. I asked the staff at the front desk and was informed that this is the case in every room.
If this isn't a problem for you or you're staying alone, fire away! everything else was great, but I really feel the need to warn people about this haha.

It's good value for the price it was. Very comfy beds, excellent location and provided me with all that I needed for my short stay in Manchester.
