The room was very spacious and the adapted bathroom was perfect
No kettle in the room and charged for coffee facilities in communal area which I feel is unfair on disabled guests, not enough hangers in the room to hang clothes.

Location and the urban design. The front desk was also very accommodating!
Nitpicking - there is no free amenities and the room are designed for maximum us of space. The rooms are small.

Staff were warm and friendly. Hotel was lovely and quite. Well maintained building, with central location. Generally very tidy inside and out.
Room was cramped, lift didn't work, which wasn't a huge issue for us on the 2nd floor, but we were greatful we weren't any higher. Remnants of what looked like sick on the bedframe, in-between the 2 beds.

The property was clean and very basic. Everything you needed, nothing extra. The room was surprisingly very spacious and even had a luxurious feel due to the high ceiling.
We could hear some noise from the other rooms, but we didn’t really mind. Maybe with sleeping children it would be a problem.

Only had 1/2 a toilet roll in the room when we got there on the first night
Random person kept knocking on our door at 2am after being able to get upstairs even though they weren’t a guest at the hotel

The location was good, staff was useful and friendly.
The room felt like prison cell, in photos it looked way bigger than it was.
The room was not particularly clean, some previous occupants hair were all over the floor, prints and dirt on the window and mirrors, some food bits on the floor.
There was no air in the room, and windows were locked so no fresh air was let in.
Aircon, do not cool the room The minimum temperature was way too high to our liking, and also it dried the air in the room to the extent that it became a bit hard to breathe. And going outside was preferred then staying in the room. Which impacted the sleep quality especially before the Manchester Marathon and after it.
