Location.
The walls are paper thin, huge noise issues as I could hear next door brushing their teeth, watching TV, talking to eachother, etc.
The rooms are absolutely tiny, I couldn’t even walk around my bed - no where to store luggage etc.
Had to ask for a hairdryer and iron, no space in the to even attempt to use the ironing board.
Fire alarm tested early on Wednesday morning, which was frustrating given I’d barely had any sleep the night before.
Air conditioning doesn’t stay on for more than 10 minutes so the room temperature is never right.
The lift wasn’t working for an hour for maintenance - no warning of this which meant I had to use the stairs. My disability isn’t immediately apparently and the staff clearly didn’t care that the lift wasn’t working.

Contained basics and a good level of cleanliness, location was perfect and 2/3 staff I spoke too were friendly.
One staff member wasn’t coming across like he could be bothered and not very welcoming and the room was stuffy… shame you couldn’t open the window

The hotel is located right in the heart of the Northern Quater, we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were lovely, the room was clean and perfect for a weekend stay as it's not the biggest (we were travelling with large suitcases). Overall fantastic value for money!
The bathroom was a little bit small, not the easiest to move around in but not an issue for a short stay.

the availability of staff,although it was the pride party and a group of youth loitering around the corridor but the availability of staff for 24hrs and the did monitor the situation and told the youths to stay away making me feel safe in the hotel

The staff were incredible and helpful and the check in and out process was good. The rooms were nice, so overall great. Everything went smoothly so there are no complaints! Room was clean and it was a tick for all boxes for me.
The only minor thing was maybe a glass in the room for a drink or options for more pillows.

My room did have a bit more space than the photos
Paper thin walls- lift wasn't working & bed was like sleeping on a gym mat...
Woken up by loud voices outside and people walking around and slamming doors at 2:30am. And someone in the next room making a loud phonecalls at 6:30am
