Location is perfect, walkable distance to the city centre. Perfect if you need a stop and go. Staff attentive and responsive.

It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the Northern Quarter. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when I needed to store my bags before leaving on check out day.
Wish they had night tables to place wallet and keys next to the bed.

The property was perfect for what we needed with just one night in Manchester and for the price. Really easy check in and check out with both Asif and Elena. Asif gave us food recommendations too. Good location near many restaurants and shops. Lovely experience overall.
The rooms are quite small, for a quick stay it was just what we needed though.

They were working on construction in the floor we were assigned so everything was dusty and messy. I was there in a busy moment so it was incredibly overpriced.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, reception is covered 24hours so there was always someone on hand. The location is perfect close to the train station and events. The room was very clean and we had enough space for two.
We stayed in a twin room, the bathroom had a glass door which left very little privacy. The beds were a bit quite hard and the pillows were flat so I didn't have the best sleep. There is also no kettle tea/coffee in the room but there is a machine on the ground floor but it was £2.50 per drink.

Reception staff were lovely.
The smallest, dullest and ugliest room I have ever stayed in.The place is like a prison, very grim! Such a shame because it is an interesting building that I am sure has lots of character hidden behind the mdf.

Poor
It's in a central location so you can walk everywhere. There is a small parking lot right next to them that costs £13 for 24 hours.
The heating was weak in the room and we had to request a space heater that was only delivered after we insisted we were cold. The rooms are way too tiny. You can't even walk past one bed to reach the other side of the room.
