Location was great, close to all bars and restaurants. The room was clean and tidy.
The room was tiny! Room claimed to be a double but the bed could barely fit 2 people in. The bathroom was a caravan style,no room and a struggle to get in and out of. There was also a lack of storage to ve able to hang clothes etc

Clean, friendly and efficient staff, good towels, well-thought-out rooms (except for the telly up weirdly, uncomfortably high for absolutely no reason!), accommodated my need for a short walk from the lift. When I asked for an extra duvet, they promptly provided one. Great location.
Why was the TV mounted up so uncomfortably high instead of at eye-level?! The coffee at the coffee machine isn’t the best. The aircon in my room was pretty loud and it struggled to get the room warm enough (though they did provide me with an extra duvet). The shelf above the sink in the bathroom makes it hard to lean in to wash your face because it’s directly over the tap, so that could have done with a little more thought.

Location and value for money . Staff the following morning were nice
The bathroom doesn’t offer the best privacy with a hole in the door you can see through and practically see through glass to shower cubicle . Staff member when I first arrived was not thy friendly .
