The staff have been brilliant each time I stayed and the rooms are always spotless.
The staff moved me to another room on the top floor for my second night.
There is no sound insulation between the rooms either side or above/below and very little from the road outside if you’re on a lower floor. I stayed for 2 nights, on my first night I was on the ground floor so the noise from the road was noticeable, a guest in the next room joined a zoom call at 5am and I could hear every word he said, even with my earplugs.
The mattresses are so cheap you can hear the springs bending when you sit down. I had to wrap the duvet around myself to get a bit more padding so I could sleep.

Location was ok but not well sign posted at all. The staff are rude as hell and they don’t tell you that you need to get a code for the car park to get discount online only.

Location was good.
The room is very basic, which is fair for the price. It’s just about big enough for 2, but there’s nowhere to put luggage, or hang more up than 2 things. It’s very small, but we could live. The AC didn’t work, that meant our little box got very hot, but again not that horrendous. But then there was the mattress. I had seen some comments saying the beds were uncomfy but assumed it couldn’t be that bad…… it can. It was horrendous and easily the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. We were offered to swap but it was the same. The staff were nice about it, but yeah just not sleepable at all. We left and checked in to a travelodge after one awful night.

It was handy for the city centre and clean
No tea making facilities Very, very basic which is fine but the cost was excessive. If it was £90 a night and not over £160 where there was no breakfast then it would have been OK. It was expensive for a basic hotel

Stayed for one night before an appointment the next day. It is a basic place but perfectly nice. My room was tiny but totally fine for me for one night. I like the old building and the bare brick walls. The room had a nice city view. Location is great for Piccadilly. Suitable for lone female traveller although someone did try my door handle, luckily it was locked. Remember to lock your doors people! Price was decent for midweek although I wouldnt want to pay more, the price shoots up at the weekend.
Nothing, it is what it is, not fancy but fine for a short stay.
