It was clean and comfortable. I really being appreciated being asked, as a disabled person, to explain what help I might need, in the event of an emergency evacuation.
A small thing - there was no kettle in the room. I could have obtained a hot drink from a drinks dispenser on the ground floor, but I didn't feel comfortable or safe carrying a hot drink up several floors in the lift and then down a long corridor to my room. I don't think, that I have ever successfully carried a drink such a distance without sloshing some of the contents on the floor, if not over myself. Maybe, if the drinks dispenser had been on the same floor as my room, I would have felt more comfortable getting a hot drink.

Excellent location for both the train station and the centre of the city. Hotel is basic but very clean and comfortable, the shower was terrific (even in a room on the 3rd floor!) and we saw several members of staff covering the reception desk, all of whom were friendly, polite and helpful

Needed to stay on a Friday night, so the price increased, but not unexpected. Still very good price for a Friday night stay

The windows don't open!! No natural ventilation. Misleading information regarding this, as booking site gives the option of rooms with and without window. You naturally assume that if there are windows in the room, these will open.
Also, the space is not well designed: nowhere to put personal belongings (e.g. clothes), lack of shelves and hanging space.

The location was right in centre. It was clean and easy to check in. Good value for Manchester but unfortunately still seemed overpriced for what it was.
No kettle/ hot drink facilities. Had to pay £1 for hot water! Very small room with not much room to move around the bed. Window also looked straight into offices- had to keep blind down in day.

Everything it looked like part of a prison or hostel for a holding cebtre for criminals the bed sheet was ripped the shower door was having off the bed was Rock hard I felt unsafe staying there so I left with my boyfriend in the middle of the night there were a lot of questionable men as well in and out of the hotel

Great location for the Northern Quarter.
Amenities were basic but as expected for a budget hotel
Bathroom was not really private, hole in the glass door (handle) and glass wall to the room
