Bed was comfy, clean towels and bathroom, felt like the staff looked after the place and kept it clean and location was very handy for what I needed
Was a constant beeping noise 24/7 didn’t ever stop and the toilet was overflowing which made for some horrible constant background noise made it hard to feel comfortable not to mention the size of the rooms are very cramped meaning a long stay or more than 1 person and you will have no room to do anything but sleep.

This is the perfect budget hotel - the location is excellent, the staff were great and the cleanliness was on point! It had everything I needed for a quick city break, ideal for solo travellers who aren’t staying long. Really impressed at the value for money and will definitely stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay!
Just to be aware when booking that the rooms are very compact, the mattress is very thin, theres not much in the way of surfaces to place your things, the shower pressure isn’t amazing and the en-suite has frosted glass cubicle style doors so not ideal for room sharing. All very acceptable for this price point and location! The tv in my room (407) didn’t work but this wasn’t an issue.

Location is great for train station and central Manchester
Very noisy, can hear people walking past rooms, conversations in other rooms and water pipework. Hanging space is quirky but a couple more hooks could be added

Good for money if only staying a night or 2
The room was very snug and the bathroom even smaller! There was no tea or coffee facilities in room or even in the corridor where there would be space to puts facilities for a brew in the mornings!!
