Great location. Great room for the cost of our stay.
Tight space in the bathroom but wasn’t expecting anything else for the budget stay.

Wonderful
The bathroom door and walls were translucent

Very Good
Good location , room as I would have expected.
The only issue for some people might be the glass see through walls around the bathroom.

Pleasant
Yes but not worth the amount you pay
Very tiny room ,it was soo congested and claustrophobic
They mentioned sound proof but it wasn't.
There was no space to put our small bags so we had to keep that in the side of bed
The television wasn't working raised to staff the morning staff (a lady) didn't mind when we mentioned
The night staff said we will sort thing in the morning so I thought they may reduce the cost or give anything complementary they didn't gave.
Over all my experience was between 'bad and not bad'
Not a good choice if you are a couple

Pleasant
Close to where I need to be
Hot air conditioner didn’t feel warm and was really cold to sleep even under cover.
Also, walls are pretty thin so felt quite unsafe when drunk people are being loud

Good
The room (and the building) was very clean and the bed was reasonably comfortable. The staff were friendly and the price for the location is very good. The hotel provides a small discount for Ezra and Gill over the road, which was nice and I made use of. The building itself is also charming.
The room was small, this is unlikely to be an issue if you're traveling alone but is something to consider. Compared to some other budget hotels, this hotel doesn't provide free drinks facilities like a kettle. The bathroom is also very small and quite unusual. Check-in was a little slow.

Value for money, location.
The 10am checkout. A bit too early compared to other hotels.

Very clean room, surprisingly large in a good location. The price was excellent and the staff friendly.
The bed was very hard and the pillows flat - but for the price I can’t complain. The hotel is very basic but it’s to be expected.

I’ve now stayed in both the basement & upstairs. Preferred upstairs but both were great.

Very easy to find and walk to. A very quick walk to trams, deansgate, arndale and northern quarter. The room was very clean and comfortable with a nice view of the pretty building next door. The shower was lovely and easy to use.
Honestly no complaints

Disappointing
it's a good place if you can find it for under £50.
it's exactly what you think a room is like if it was designed by an airline.
small, uncomfortable, no water pressure.
