One of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. Called the contact number several times to get the key code. No answer. When I got home, no key code provided for the front door, pure chance someone came along with the code. Horrendous experience. Never staying here again

The rooms are not even remotely soundproof, and the bathroom doesn’t have a real door for true privacy, and finally the floor was slightly dirty

I always tend to stay here when I'm in Manchester, location is excellent, it's always clean, rooms are always a good size, staff are always pleasant. Room was massive but they are normally decent regardless.
Sadly my room on this stay wasn't great, not the actual room itself it was massive, but my bed was like sleeping on a brick & with a back issue currently it was not a good combo. Showers are usually good, but my room on this occasion was not great, not much power at all. Also no tea/coffee/kettle which I'm fairly sure I've had on all my occasions here. Very noisy too on this occasion.

Comfy bed. Nice staff. Adequate bathroom facilities. Clean. Useful to leave luggage post-check out.
Hotel entrance was difficult for me to find despite using maps. The entrance is actually on Newton St not Dale. Locals helped me find it in the dark, dragging suitcase, after they also had to think and ask others.

Very close to Piccadilly and city centre in general, price is as cheap as it goes in Manchester really. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.
Rooms are very small, you can lie on your bed or stand in the bathroom, that's about it. They say the rooms are soundproofed, but that's not the case, as you can hear absolutely everything that goes on in the corridor or in another room.
