Location was ideal for us , across the road from Piccadilly station and short walk to central shopping area . Staff were all very pleasant and very helpful to us . Rooms clean and all you need with very comfortable beds .
Honestly nothing negative we could say about the hotel .
Only an observation, we could not see any hotel name visible on the building when walking out of Piccadilly station . It’s only across the road but still had to ask someone where hotel was .

The staff were very polite and helpful.
There was only one lift working, but that can't be helped, as the lifts were being renovated. Not really anything negative, as it's a very good hotel.

Shower riser bar came out when exiting the shower. Pushed back in and reported to reception.
Dust under the beds discovered when searching for something that had fallen on the floor
Overcharged for car parking and breakfast but refund issued when queried
Car Park code not given so had to call reception from the barrier before we could exit
