Staff, super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was fantastic and the bathroom smelt clean but not of chemicals. Breakfast was extremely good with lots of choice and milk options.
Couldn't find a thermostat in the room and it was very hot. Didn't like the flushes behind the toilet seat. Room was very standard. Reception was always extremely busy, had to queue every time you wanted to speak with someone.

Lovely communal areas. Fantastic view. Spacious room.
Bed was lumpy. Senior staff were unpleasant and check in was a nightmare. Noisy plant above the room. Worse sandwich ever from room service and it cost a fortune.
