Location from the station to the hotel unreal when I got in a taxi the driver laughed said just over the road.Breakfaet was hot normally self service is semi warm just above cold. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Definitely staying again

Hotel was in a good location for my work on Monday. I did not use the hotel caprak as I could not get clarification on EV charges status and operator from my contact at the hotel.
Did not get any loyalty points because i booked with Booking.com would have neede to book directly to earn points. Restaurant had a better choice of food compareed with Bar, but you could not eat restaurant food in bar. This make no sense to me. Found it annoying.

Gym was well equipped. Team on reception were helpful.
As above. Room was not clean. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages. Metal panel fell out of ceiling. No apology of offer of anything.

Central location
Parking. Only 20 spaces available and so we were unable to park. I requested a double bed, I got two single beds. Sleep was difficult.
