The room seemed dated and way too hot. Air con did not work. Bathroom very very dated and shower leaked on floor.
Reception member in evening may have not been there a while as could not locate booking, even though we'd sorted it earlier. Told us to download app to use the lift, and not advised that room card activates lift. Was not logged on breakfast list even though we'd sorted that with first reception staff and took card for payment.
The rooms were not in keeping with other DT hotels stayed in.

Great location, reception so bright& modern, we had a twin bedroom the beds were so soft, there was plenty of room in the room ,breakfast was nice with plenty to choose from
