Ideally placed near the railway station and Piccadilly Gardens. Stayed here before so decided to give it a second chance. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
We were initially told that we had a corner room with stunning views and that it was being cleaned. This was at just gone 10am. By 3.30pm it still was 'being cleaned'. 5 and a half hours? Ended up in a different room with no view whatsoever.

Great position opposite Piccadilly station, lovely hotel. Clean friendly staff, great breakfast. Upgraded twin room, had fridge, coffee machine cans of soda free and some snacks too. Definitely return here x I have a spinal problem which I noted on the booking. I had a call on the morning of our stay to check the room they had given was fine, it was very close to the lift too. I was also asked about any difficulties again on booking in. So the hotel appears very good at looking after people with disabilities, well done for that

Excellent stay, staff were very friendly and the bar staff were great. Highly recommend a stay and visit to the hotel bar, great food with a good choice of beer.

The hotel is right next to the station and less than a 10 min walk from city centre. The room was clean and comfortable with very friendly and receptive staff.
The breakfast could start at 6:00 or 6:30 AM instead of 7:00
