Noise pollution from the station (expected) and the plumbing (unexpected) was horrific. Constant hammering and banging in the pipes every time anybody turned on a tap.

The location
We are on 7th floor/room 703, it was very noisy and the tap was leaking everywhere time it was turned on. The pillows we’re brown although the pillows cases were clean!

Bed were comfortable and pillows were amazing
The bar was empty as they had had a party the night before , although I understand it wasn’t good for my stay No on draft cider , no red bull , no orange vodkas, , rude bar staff who told me , well we did make £10,000 over the bar last night
