The placing of a card on table to denote that the table is occupied is a good idea. However some staff remove it while customer is fetching some more food. A minor irritant!

Great location, very close to shops/restaurants, piccadilly trainstation and tram stop. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Perfect trip for our Manchester United match.

The bar was a ‘craft bar’ but didn’t sell IPA!

Location from the station to the hotel unreal when I got in a taxi the driver laughed said just over the road.Breakfaet was hot normally self service is semi warm just above cold. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Definitely staying again
