Disappointing
Location was good. Close to Piccadilly station.
We were in a twin room. However it was obviously part of an interconnecting room if required. The noise of the other guest was very clear and very uncomfortable as it sounded like another person was in the room with us. Couldn’t sleep due to this.

Flawless check in / out. Every area spotlessly clean. It was noticeable. All staff great. Comfy bed. Room surprisingly quiet considering its location

Exceptional
The reception was well staffed and I had a very warm and professional check in experience. The hotel has recently been refurbished or decorated, and while not luxurious they haven't skimped either - small details such as the hanging light in the bathroom make a difference, and the furniture is functional while still being substantial. Very decent sized room and bed, 2 mins walk from Piccadilly station while only 5 mins from city centre. Breakfast was excellent - good choice, fresh and well laid out.
