Location was excellent.
Bed was comfortable.
Room was clean.
Loved the toiletries in the bathroom.
It was noisy outside even with the window shut.
The breakfast needs improvement - we ate at 8am to find that most of the hot food had been picked through. Beans were just the dregs in the bottom of the server, sausages had been overcooked and very tough as though they had been sat for ages.
We left the table to get toast and came back to find that our table with drinks had been cleared.

That it was close to the railway station and it was near all the shops and bus station.
We were split up on different floors and we could hear the traffic outside even though we had asked for two quiet rooms.
