The facilities were good and the front of house staff were good.
Wasn’t happy our bedding didn’t get changed whilst out of the hotel and our towels. Also during our stay there was an incident with the fire alarm and I think this was handled very poorly as terms of communication the staff at the hotel didn’t really address the guests at the fire assembly point or carry out a head count which I found concerning and felt this could of been handled better this did affect our stay quite a lot because the fire alarm went off at 2:45 in the morning and it took an hour till we was back in the hotel obviously this caused us a disruption in our schedule and ended up sleeping longer then planned and we still didn’t know the cause for the fire alarm due to the lack of communication between staff and guests we only saw one staff member during the fire alarm incident and that was only to say we can go back in the hotel. Additionally wasn’t made aware of an additional £50 deposit till checking in and was told this would be back straight in my bank after check out and I’m still yet to review this.

From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the warmth and beauty of this place. The ambience is truly special, and the location is simply breathtaking. Every detail, from the décor to the atmosphere, feels welcoming and thoughtfully crafted—I would give it a perfect 10 out of 10.
What made my experience truly memorable was the staff. As someone who has worked at the O2 Intercontinental, I recognize exceptional service when I see it. Blake, Anita, Urlanda, and Camelia stood out for their elegance, professionalism, and sincere kindness. They were attentive, impeccably presented, and brought genuine warmth to every interaction. It’s rare to encounter a team that not only looks the part but also makes every guest feel valued.
The breakfast was outstanding—one of the best I’ve ever had. Every bite was delicious and beautifully prepared. For someone who truly appreciates great customer service and quality food, this place exceeded all my expectations.
I am genuinely grateful for such a wonderful experience and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my visit so special. The fresh cookies ooo mine please keep up the good work

Location, v comfortable bed and breakfast was nice
We didn’t have enough loo roll and had to ask for some in the morning. Also no ambient lighting in the bathroom so using the loo in the night meant full light and everyone being woken up

Beautiful building. Welcoming reception. Cookies were a fantastic classy touch. Pillows were to die for, great sleep. Booth at breakfast I could have sat at all day. So comfortable and brilliant food.
If I was forced to make an observation, I don’t think the fridge was cooling.
