I arrived with my son after a long long flight. For some reason the booking did not count with my 14 years old son, BUT the person at reception desk not only solved the problem as also gave me 2 warm cookies the hotel has to offer. That was absolutly lovely. I enjoyed and had a blast with son there during the short stay. Recommend! Its in a very safe and easy to access area. Really enjoyed

Disappointing
Location was good. Close to Piccadilly station.
We were in a twin room. However it was obviously part of an interconnecting room if required. The noise of the other guest was very clear and very uncomfortable as it sounded like another person was in the room with us. Couldn’t sleep due to this.
