My wife lived the mattress. She wants us to buy one now. Great city centre location.
The food no included in the dinner option wasn’t great. Not much choice, tough inedible steak. I expected better from a 4* Hilton. More effort required

Staff were great especially Tara in reception.
Room was very clean and comfortable.
Staff responded quickly when I needed something.
Reception space was limited. It would be good to have a relaxing space to wait for train etc.

Its advertised as free parking when you book
Then when you book they tell you they only have 20 free spaces on first come basics
So we had to pay an additional parking fee which made an over night stay quiet expensive

Great location. Lovely room. Very modern. Friendly staff. Lovely clean room with all the necessary amenities.
The aircon was broken so the room was very warm. The little window had to be shut because of the traffic and outdoor, and sign cleaning noise. Also, the beds were a little too hard. It's a Great size bed, though. Could have done with a sheet option as the duvet with the heated room was impossible to use. Even with the aircon finally fixed, the room was still 27.9 degrees and wasn't able to change it.

Parking in City Center / canal street district...
Breakfast with above average Espresso , poached egg and fried egg.
Helpful staff with late checkout and car park options.
Air condition could have worked better/ at all during heat wave, no problem though.

When I arrived at the Double Tree by Hilton I was stunned how beautiful place was. I am not used to such amazing and fancy hotels so I felt a little bit weird. When I approached reception I was greeted by very friendly girl ( wish I remember her name ). She was very friendly polite and helpful, made me feel so much better about whole experience. When I got into my room I was speechless, never seen such an amazing room in my life. I know for sure if I ever need to stay in hotel I will be looking to book with Double Tree by Hilton
That i was there for only one night haha
Honestly there is nothing I can think I didn't like about my stay
