Staff could not be nicer or more helpful.
Breakfast really good.
Mini bar a lovely bonus.
Room not ready on arrival and still waiting an hour later (4.30pm) though given a complimentary drink and then cases stored so we could go out.
No bath towels in the room had to ask.
We had DBB deal and the set menu was limited and second night struggling to pick something different, not everyone wants squid for a start for example.

It was ok. Very close to the station. Room was decent and clean and breakfast was good.
The whole hotel is very generic. The decor is generic, the restaurant is bog standard hipster style. Not a big problem tho

My wife lived the mattress. She wants us to buy one now. Great city centre location.
The food no included in the dinner option wasn’t great. Not much choice, tough inedible steak. I expected better from a 4* Hilton. More effort required
