The suite was spacious and clean. There’s plenty of transport links surrounding the hotel, so it’s ideal for concerts (could see Etihad from our room!) In the suite we had two beds, large bathroom, two tables and a ‘complimentary’ mini bar.
The fact I paid so much money for the room to then be told at reception that the room is ready but check in is in one hour. We were told we had to pay to access the room or hang around for an hour. Usually wouldn’t mind leaving the bags but why tell us? And why charge someone who has paid a significant amount already! Scam!

I’m usually quite critical and not shy about complaining when I feel things are not right. I can’t think of one thing I wasn’t happy with at this hotel. Easy check-in with very friendly staff. Lovely clean and smart room (705). Comfortable bar with lovely staff and good food (we both had the burgers) and great selection at breakfast (one very small gripe was the fried breakfast, although satisfactory, could do with being a bit hotter).

Hotel is nice and clean
I called room services they brought a bottle of coke with no bottle opened, I called and asked for one was told there is one in the fridge, there wasn't. I called again to ask for one 20 mins passed no sign I called again I answered the door the lady had 2 bottles of water, I explained its a bottle opener I needed she said call, I again called and then the lasy who passed the bottle opener to me handed it to me said nothing and walked off in a mood like I had ruined her day. Wasn't a good experience

Everything. Nothing was too much trouble. We messaged them straight away as I needed a fan in my room otherwise I cannot sleep, they immediately told me they could do this for me, whereas other property’s struggled getting one and another provided me with a broken one so was nice for them to accommodate me. Staff are so lovely and happy. The rooms were spotless and really clean. We stayed in a standard queen room and the bed was massive, so comfy and soft. We slept like a baby. The hotel bar is decently priced especially for town. I liked the security of only allowed going in the elevator if you had a room key. Overall amazing stay, best hotel we have stayed at by far and will 100% be coming back again!

Right next door to Manchester Piccadilly Station, lots of places to eat and drink around and only a short walk to main streets.
