the room and service was good
at £300 a night it was average. The breakfast at an additional £18 was poor

Staff, super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Cleanliness was fantastic and the bathroom smelt clean but not of chemicals. Breakfast was extremely good with lots of choice and milk options.
Couldn't find a thermostat in the room and it was very hot. Didn't like the flushes behind the toilet seat. Room was very standard. Reception was always extremely busy, had to queue every time you wanted to speak with someone.

Lovely communal areas. Fantastic view. Spacious room.
Bed was lumpy. Senior staff were unpleasant and check in was a nightmare. Noisy plant above the room. Worse sandwich ever from room service and it cost a fortune.

The room was lovely, comfy beds, nice view. We loved and appreciated the complimentary mini bar- would of been ideal if there was at least one GF product available but I could drink the water. lovely size bathroom and shower. very clean.
There was a huge boiler in a cupboard which came on during the night and woke us both up so we didn't sleep very well, We did complain about this in the morning and all we had was that they would make sure we have a room with no boiler on the rear side of the building next time.
