Disappointing
Absolutely fantastic as are majority of doubletree hotels and right next to Piccadilly
Unfortunately we were in room 1034 and all night all we could hear was vibrations and humming from what I assumed to be a plant room. I had meetings all afternoon and it wasn’t a good look having bags under my eyes from the lack of sleep

Excellent location next to Manchester Piccadilly Train Station. Short walk to interesting attractions.
Really nice pillows.
The AC didn´t cool the room enough. The water pressure in the shower was really poor.

Ideally placed between Piccadilly Station and Central Manchester Piccadilly. Rooms clean and spacious. King size bed, comfy pillows, and complimentary toiletries. Stayed in 739. Huge TV on the wall. We were given a cookie each on check in. Would stay here again.
Check-in was at 3 despite me messaging and asking for an earlier check-in. I would have paid for this. Asked for a quiet room. All night sound of something vibrating was annoying. Half eaten day old sandwich in the fridge that immediately went in the bin. No coffee sachets on tray. Breakfast was a palava. On check-in breakfast was included. Went down for breakfast, not included? Restaurant manager sorted it despite being asked to pay £17.95 each.
All just little niggles, nothing major.

The location was good, the staff were friendly and polite. The breakfast was gorgeous and plenty to choose from.
The price of the food on the menu was a bit pricey and a limited range especially as there is Sainsbury's, Co-op and a number of cafes and food places in the close vicinity.

I liked that the staff were friendly and that there were complimentary items in the mini fridge. It was lovely and clean too.
Our train arrived early but we were unable to check in before 3 which meant we had to wait for well over an hour.

Room was not clean. The floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in ages.
Metal panel fell out of ceiling. No apology of offer of anything.

Everything was great, the hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing.
There was nothing not to like again everything was excellent.the breakfast was fab so much too chose from.
