Very good location. Very well appointed. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff.
There was a sulphurous stroke, so like smell coming from the bath in our room. When we mentioned this to the manager, he promptly moved us to another room without hesitation. Whilst this room did not have quite such a pungent smell, it was still there.

Looks nice, architecture and staff are nice
- no control over heating in the summer, in the UK we get cold summers so heating is still necessary. Staff were nice they provided a small portable heater as a work around.

Our room was cosy and spacious at the same time. All the little things had been thought about. A mini bottle fresh milk for tea/coffee was a big win for us, music on the radio when we walked in, gorgeous bathroom and powerful shower, sheets were silky soft. Elsie the receptionist/barstaff was charming and helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Great location Close to city and motorway while in quiet street, quiet residential area very close to Disbury village and tram stop.
Staff amazing, kind, attentive, friendly without being overly attentive.
Nice outside courtyard for drinks, lunch.
Rooms nicely decorated with all amenities.
Would hight recommend.
